What an incredible experience!!! We were referred to Dr. Sodhi by our general practitioner. He is a veterinarian who provides acupuncture for dogs. Our little love Lulu, a 14 year old pug, she had a hemi-stroke. He saved her. Six weeks later she is able to walk and function in every way she just can't jump. Truly a miracle thanks to this veterinarian who is an acupuncturist for animals.

I took my 13 yo dog there for some treatments. I bought a package as I thought it would be cheaper only to find out since I used Care Credit, they charged more so I really didn't save anything. No other business charged me extra before. My sweet boy passed before I used all treatments in the package. I requested the one treatment payment back over 2 months ago, They can't seem to get my correct mailing address and act like it's my fault they can't get my address right.I've given up as it's not a pleasant experience speaking with them on the phone about it. At one point, the person thought it was funny that they got it returned back to them. As I had just lost my dog, I didn't laugh along with her. They lack compassion and I wouldn't go back.

Chewy is our almost 14 years old wheaten terrier dog. He recently had a dental extraction that aggravated his painful back and ended up with muscle atrophy, vomiting, lack of appetite, neck pain, loss mobility in his hind legs. His emergency vet suggested that we treat the symptoms and see how far we want to make him comfortable. But we want to know what the root of the problem was and how to make him whole again. We were fortunate to find Dr. Sodhi and team. I called them half an hour before they opened on Monday and Sushma answered, it’s like she knew that we were desperate. They were booked solid until mid week but the whole office made rearrangements so we could be seen the same day. We are so grateful to have this chance to save Chewy. From the beginning to end of our session, we were taken care of like family. Dr. Sodhi made Chewy feel better immediately with neck adjustments that gave him a lot more strength and movement in the mouth and head. After acupuncture and cold laser therapy, Chewy’s pee came out thoroughly and released a lot of toxins that were held up in his body. You can tell Dr. Sodhi’s kindness and love for animals; he was gentle, patient, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Chewy loves him. He’s usually very scared at the vet. Words cannot describe my gratitude to their entire team! We look forward to coming back for more treatments including hydro therapy.

I was hopeful Dr. Sodhi would live up to the many excellent reviews he has received by providing me with the insight needed to help my dogs ongoing issues. Unfortunately, I was instead left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of after meeting with him. After our initial visit, my dog was scheduled for bloodwork and I was told no visit would occur, and that this was a lab only appointment. When I showed up for this apt., Dr. Sodhi met with my dog and I for *maybe* 5 five minutes during which time he asked how my dog was. I told him better and that I was hoping we'd get answers from the labs. I then asked Dr. Sodhi if he had reviewed the labs my other vet had sent over which included extensive x-ray results that were pertinent to one of my primary concerns. Dr. Sodhi's response was "No - I don't usually review charts sent over from other vets because they are like 90 pages long and I don't have the time to look at them." Ummmmmmm OK. So then why did you request them and how can you help me?! He then took my dogs blood and sent me on my way. It wasn't until I got home that I saw I was charged for a "Brief holistic visit" which cost me $110. WHAT?! $110 for the Dr. to ask how my dog was, listen to my two second answer, tell me he didn't review his chart, then take his blood?! Absolutely absurd. I can't recommend a vet less. If you enjoy paying exorbitant amounts of money for no reason, and are OK with providers who don't look at your animals labs or imaging in order to provide diagnosis and treatment planning, go see Dr. Sodhi. Otherwise, save your wallet and pet for a provider who actually cares.

We have brought our beloved pets to Dr. Sodhi for many years. He is direct, very kind and compassionate. He and his staff were wonderful to my kitty who had Cardiac issues. They kept him comfortable and happy for as long as they could and were very compassionate in the end.I trust Dr. Sodhi. He takes good care of my fur babies and has been very kind to us. I feel like he listens to me and spends time giving me both options and advice so that I can make an informed decision on my pets health care. This has not been our experience at other vets.

Dr Rupali Sodhi is the best, most caring veterinarian ever. My cat and I were moving abroad and there was a lot of testing and paperwork. Dr Rupali smoothly handled the whole process, in spite of my anxiety with such a big move. She was very caring with my cat during the testing and kept me posted about everything promptly. She was able to get the USDA certification on time, which helped me tremendously. It's a shame she won't be our vet anymore as I have already moved thousands of miles away! The staff is caring and reachable as well, over email or phone. All in all, a great experience.

Terrible place!! Staff and the owner are very rude!!They just want to get your money as much as they can! My dog did the TPLO surgery for 2months and tried to do the rehab there. The old Indian guy said my dog needs to do 3 times for every week at least for 2 months...... Can you imagine how much money I have to pay if I listen to him?! It charge $125 for one time water treatment and laser. But if you buy the package can get some discount like $110 and they highly recommend you to buy the package. The point is one of my friends dog do the rehab here too and they charge her only $110 for each time without any package. This is the way how they increase the rate for the new patients I think. The environment is terrible too. Small place and dirty floor and old equipment. They do the exam or treatment on the floor for all the pet. That's really surprised me! And the price is higher that others! DONT RECOMMEND!!

GUNIEA PIG OWNERS BE WARNED: Do not take your guinea pig here! They may be good for dogs but not small rodents. They have no clue what theyr doing.... My 8 year old guinea pig got given the wrong medication. They half a** the entire job!! $200 - *1 xray [[they do only 1 image instead of 2-3 like all the other vets. As a medical professional I know as well as getting confirmation from two other vets in the area - you can not use just one image for diagnostics! They probably do this to save money on film and keep their pockets full so if you think about going to get a second opinion your pet will have to endure yet more sets of radiation just to get the correct imaging for diagnosis which for a small animal is not okay!!]] * 1 antibiotic ( WITHOUT PAIN MEDS, WITHOUT PROBIOTIC, WITHOUT ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MEDS! The second opinion vet said this was wrong and can cause more issues WHICH IT DID.) My guinea pig is NOT better. In fact the medication has made my guinea pig wheeze and caused more bleeding! PRICE: THEY HAVE TWO OFFICES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES BUT SAME COMPANY AND DIFFERENT PRICES!!! They will charge you more money just for going to their Bellevue office! THEY WILL MAKE YOU SIGN A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE YOUR ANIMAL BACK UNLESS YOU PAY RIGHT THERE AND THEN. What the f****** I have gone to several clinics for guinea pigs over the past 10 years and have never had to sign a contract that I wont get my animal back or be able to leave without paying. For a clinic to not trust their customers so much so to sign paperwork and then they change up prices on you. BE VERY CAREFUL. NOT TO MENTION - DR. S YELLED AT MY HUSBAD TO GO HOME AND GET AWAY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND INQUIRED WHY THERE IS A PRICE CHANGE FROM WHAT WE ARE QUOTED. We will be contacting the Better Business Beaureu to report this husband and wife duo who are clearly using your love for your pets to extort you for your money.

Extraordinary! I drive from downtown Seattle because Dr. Sodhi (and his staff) is not only expert in his diagnosis, treatment, and efficacy, but he genuinely cares for each animal with all his heart. My second dog with him over 16 years, an aging Cavalier King Charles, had a crippling stroke while he was out of the country on a (well-deserved) vacation. I feared it was her time. Nevertheless, Dr. Sodhi interrupted his vacation to reach me, viewed a video I made of her symptoms, and today she has returned almost to her cavalier self. His balance of western and homeopathic medicine has kept my baby alive without loading her with drugs and added expense. Even if the bridges to Bellevue toppled over, I'd find some way to get to his office.

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Sodhi for almost 6 years. Everyone is so wonderful with my dog. She is 14 years old and receives weekly hydrotherapy and acupuncture. Dr. Sodhi is very patient with me and listens to all my concerns. Most recently I was going on a trip with my dog and discovered she had a UTI. It was Sunday and I asked if there was any way to get medication before we left. Dr. Sodhi and Dr. Rupali were very accommodating and left the meds for me to pick up. I am not sure what I would have done on my trip without those meds!!

We've been taking our dogs here for over a year now and we are so pleased with the care. My oldest cattle dog, Telle, goes for weekly treatments and she's doing so well at 14.5! The doctors are warm, thoughtful and experienced. I love the holistic approach at this clinic.

CAUTION: This vet will change treatment without your consent. Our dog went here for underwater treadmill & acupuncture for over a year. (All other care was through another vet.) This was almost all during COVID, so we were only able to be inside with him for the first few months. He has major arthritis and hind-end weakness, so the treadmill is especially important to keep using his muscles and keep him walking. At one point, the type of acupuncture was changed. We were told after the fact - and only told because they charged a little more for it. OK, not a huge deal. Recently I found out that they changed him from treadmill to swimming 3 MONTHS AGO. A tech let it slip that he was swimming when I called to make more appointments or I don't think they ever would have told me. When I expressed concern that his treatment was changed without consent and asked the vet to call me, he didn't. The receptionist (his wife) did call a few days later and told me the vet had been trying to reach me. I inquired on how he was trying to reach me as I'd seen no missed calls, voicemails or emails and I always receive reminder calls from their staff without a problem. She said she didn't know. She then asked again why exactly I wanted to speak with him. I reiterated that I wanted to discuss why his treatment was changed without our consent. She told me that they had told "the person who brings him" so that person must have just not told me. "The person who brings him" is my husband :-) We already take him swimming at another facility with a larger pool, so definitely didn't need to pay for swimming here. More importantly, I almost put my dog down because he took a dramatic turn for the worse in late January. Once I got the records, I see this is the exact time they took him off the treadmill. Managing a dog's end of life care is extremely hard and only the owner sees the full picture. This vet withheld critical information and then lied to me about it. I've never experienced such a lack of professionalism from anyone, let alone someone I trusted with my precious pup. I would avoid this vet at all costs.

I brought my dog here to been seen for a UTI last week. I called a few other clinics but they would not fit me in right away and my dog was in discomfort. The staff here is really nice and the DVM explained everything to me. It's curbside so you are not allowed in but I was at ease knowing my dog walked right in with them, no problems what do ever. This is now my new Vet for all 3 of my pets. It's about a 35 minute drive from my house but it was definitely worth it.
