5 Stars is for the employees and their Customer Service, that seems to be a dying practice these days. That's why it's delightful when encountering employees who are pleasant and want to actually help you! Amazon Fresh employs them here! The Return Counter has the most patient, helpful people, ever. Cashiers are the same way.
The process by which you load your cart, then leave~ creeps me out. HOW do they know exactly what you have? What's beaming, where...? Oh, the things we have, scanning our bodies that we don't know about .... ?

Good store to visit, but way less “deals” than before.
Also they ID you for zero alcohol beer. Don’t have the confidence in their system (like the Met Market does) to differentiate 0% from regular products :( Kind of sad Amazon can’t match smaller stores..

Updated 9/7/2024 Some parts are still great, but other parts have gone downhill fast
Fruits and vegetables, Still great selection of clean, presentable, and very reasonably priced fresh fruits and veggies. Still a go-to place for us on this.
All Order ahead has been removed which was of our main reasons for going. They also no longer have a meat counter, it all vacpack fresh and frozen meats.
Their Deli is still good for sliced meats and cheeses, but they are kept very short staffed causing waits just to place an order to be long. Due to this we typically skip it all together.
The pizza is still a great deal, but standards have dropped on the process and taste, still good for the price.
There are now 2 ways to shop, no more cashiers.
You can grab a regular cart and then do self checkout at the end
Or
You can grab their new carts (kind of heavy) scan into the cart, then scan each item 1 at a time and place in the cart, it does tell you titaks in real time. The cart has a built in weight sensor that doesn't work well and always complains about mismatch. At the end it confirms the number of items and processes your payment at the end.
The employees are still nice, but they have clearly greatly reduced their staff count.
Most of what made this store great is gone, they still have great sale prices though. So we shop there much less than we used to

Nice clean store. It's a supermarket with competitive prices. The even have a hit food deli. Amazon prime members get discounts.

Overall nice, but one has to get used to shopping at this store. Produce is sold by count, not weight, unless already prepackaged, but generally is fresh. Staff is helpful but not always easy to find. Great parking. Items may be all over the place, not always stocked together by category. If you do not see what you need in one place, it might be in another. Variety is not the greatest, but most grocery categories are present. Seafood and meat departments are rather limited, Deli counter could use service and variety improvement, but it's OK. Overall the store is good for quick pick-up-and-go or fast pantry staples replenishing. Some prices seem higher than local average, but with specials, discounts, and Prime membership the whole purchase tends to be on par with other local grocery stores or even lower. Very easy place to return Amazon purchases. I see a lot of young(er) singles (?) getting enough for lunch or dinner, not so much Costco- or Fred Meyer/Kroger-style overflowing carts with families. Good experience. Don't be spooked if it seems a bit void of people, they really are there.

Long-time customer and have had GREAT service…clean, good prices, sales…first experience today with the new charge and check-out…thanks to my favorite helper, BOOD, who happened to be there to help guide through new system pretty easily…p.s her service is always superior.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Came in here just to buy some yogurt. They don't have any spoons at the deli department because they allow people to come in and steal everything they can - and that includes the plastic silverware that's already free. I saw a guy stealing from them left and right, including a bunch of forks and spoons there. I pointed this issue out to the manager there once and he said there's nothing they can do about it. So thanks to all the rampant theft they allow to happen here, the rest of us are now paying for it. To top it off, now they have a new self checkout system because they're no longer offering walk in walk out service any more. Went to the self check out just to make a simple purchase and their self checkout machine was taking forever and has a million complicated questions in order to proceed with your purchase. I've used self check out a ton of times at other stores (as we all have) and this is by far the worst self check out. Instead of making things simple they make things complicated. It feels like you're taking an algebra test just to pay for a simple items at their self check out. After several looong minutes, I I got frustrated with the whole experience and I tossed the yogurt to the side including the stupid fork (no spoons available here) that I was going to eat my yogurt with. There is a lady working there there that got upset and pouty and told me to get out - as I was already leaving. Instead of offering a better shopping experience than other stores they offer a worse shoping experience. I liked things a lot better when you could walk in and walk out with your groceries and would then be automatically billed throughyour amazon account. This is my honest review and how I honestly feel about this amazon fresh store

Used to love this store, now I won't attend any fresh in the future. The just walk out feature was great, really the only thing going for it since they have a small selection of actual products that aren't really that cheap but there are exceptions: Some dairy items. They had a great delly with affordable items, but they changed their model to pay-by-the-pound and its 60% more on average. I used to get lunch here it was a great value. The rest of the items are meh, and arent usually in stock anyways since they let all online order buy it up.
Sorry Fresh, you are now just a small, overpriced grocery store with out-of-stock items, and we have plenty of those.

Use to be the best store. Now more in and out privileges. So we are left with just mediocre selection and terrible inventory management. I’ve never had a bad generated receipt, but I assume the ai was a failed experiment only reason to go back in time.

Pretty much a regular grocery store. A few items that were interesting. No more app service, have to go through a regular check out.

Amazon Fresh is having a real Day 2 moment. Just Walk Out is gone and out goes the convenience of not having to scan anything I buy.

They changed the store model recently. It's no longer fast and efficient. Amazon can't follow it's own leadership principles anymore. They wasted money on sensors that will no longer be utilized to make the shopping experience faster. So much for Frugality and Invent and Simplify. They now have self checkout and long lines. Nothing that separates them from the competition. It's an embarrassment. No longer grab and go. No point in shopping there.

They took away the grab and go option! I now have to wait in line to check out one item. Super inconvenient! It's bad enough this area has road construction for over a year, now this. Won't be coming here for lunch driving my in office work days. Self check out is not even up and running and only 2 cashier's. Lame!!!
