Came in on 7/17 because my engine was very very loud. I ended up leaving my car there due to feeling unsafe to drive it. They were very accommodating to me and did their best to inspect and fix my car as soon as they could. They fixed my car by 7/22 and even identified other smaller issues I should fix with quotes. Im extremely satisfied and happy with the quality of work and service provided. Im happy I found ny go to place for any car issues. Will definitely recommend to friends/family!! Thank you <3

Got the car fixed once already. It looked like a great deal at first. They let me keep the car after the diagnostics because it was not in dysfunctional condition. They received the part quickly and gave the car back to me ahead of schedule. Everything was cool until a few hours after receiving the car, the oil light and engine light came on and the engine was loud and vibrating too much... We took it back in for a second repair after being kind of abrasive with them, and they maturely scheduled the second fix... After the weekend, they called us back having looked more closely at my car knowing that I was one of their more irritable customers. They told me I'd probably have my car back that Thursday, but they did the honest thing and disclaimed that the car would actually be working, after I got it back... I admit I was pretty much a jerk, not having real experience with cars myself, but there's a level of not knowing what's going on to begin with, especially if your original diagnostic determines nothing about follow up issues... Getting my car back tomorrow after the second week. It turns out there's something wrong with the engine, that was not even found by code reading, and they wanted to take apart my engine to fix an interior belt. I dont doubt that they might have been able to do that, but it was very clear to me that operating on the engine would take significant time, and I had lost my patience at this point... So far the only sign of the problem is the noise that the engine makes, and I wonder if they are not trying to be obsessive about giving me a perfect car because I was confrontational with them... I recommend these guys for anything short of the engine, they will apparently ride you like a bucking bull. These guys got serious people skills.

Cheap..for a reason!! Not a place to take a BMW to. It was surprisingly cheap until I found out that they put the wrong rotors on my car model. They insisted that "in their opinion" they did the right thing. After a ton of back and forth, I decided to skip the headache and get them changed elsewhere. Be very cautious!!

The best service ever! April at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The mechanics got the part very quickly and turn around was less than a day. I will definitely go back for the brake work I need done in a few weeks.

Last Wednesday the 11th of October at 4:40pm I buttoned up the shop and jumped in my company Transit Van to head home. Dead battery ! I got a jump from the manager next store and drove straight to Ali’s. Even though it was 4:50pm they verified they had the correct battery and installed it. They were awesome, stayed late and got me back on the road.April, the shop manager, and Matt the technician really provided excellent customer service when it counted. I was on my way back to Canada. My EV had issue after finished charging in the station besides their shop. My husband went to ask them for help and they came to help us right away! My car got fixed and they didn’t ask us to pay anything, not even a drink that my husband offered… so I wanna say THANK YOU here❤️❤️they’re good mechanics with kind heart ❤️

Never take your vehicle there!!They put the wrong coolant(green)in my truck and the tech lied, saying that's was what was in my radiator. I always use only Ford Gold Coolant, so I showed my receipt/invoice from the Ford Dealership where they flushed and cleaned my cooling system, and refilled with Ford Gold Coolant. The 2 different Coolants should never be mixed together. They also overcharged me by doing work that wasn't necessary. They charge a diagnostic fee of almost $200, and then charge again for the same service. I assumed diagnostic(s) means searching for a diagnosis of the problem. Please heed my words.. Don't go to Ali's Auto Repair .......update: 7/2023. I set up an appt at Autonation Ford of Bellevue on 7/6/23 for a Cooling System Flush. They have a machines that hooks up to Cooling System, using pressure to extract all old coolant while cleaning system and refilling with new Ford Gold Coolant/Antifreeze. Ali's Auto Repair paid for this service but due to the coolant contamination (green and gold coolants mixed) Ford recommended doing it 2x. Ali's wouldn't pay for that so I will get it done again in 6-12months..I then contacted BBB. But as Ali's is not a member of BBB, I decided it would be a waste of time and energy, and anxiety. .As I let Ali's know I was considering filing complaint(s) and Small Claims Court..they quit communicating with me....Please save yourself $$ and problems/troubles don't take your vehicle to Alis Auto Repair Bellevue....

I’ve been here a couple times for oil changes and then more recently bigger car issues. I’ve called last minute every time and they are always able to fit me in and get the work done before the day is done. They are honest, kind, and do quality work. It’s so hard to feel trusting of car repair places when you’ve had bad experiences, I have ZERO complaints about this place. I’m so happy they are in business, and look forward to calling them any time I have issues w/car. And April at the front desk is AMAZING.Services: General repairs & maintenance
