The sales people were more than happy to sell me whatever appliance I wanted. When it came to servicing my new Cafe range after it stopped working one month after installation, they were less than helpful. First of all, no one mentioned when I was choosing appliances, to mention the GE no longer owns GE and that the quality of product and service has gone down. Secondly, the Bellevue location does not have their own service department so you must get service thru GE service. The first technician they sent out to diagnose the issue, was given the wrong model number. He was able to diagnose the problem (a major computer problem), but because the model number he was given didn’t match mine, he couldn’t order parts or service. I called Albert Lees costumer service department and they told me they couldn’t help me and to call GE service. I spent a few hours over several days back and forth between Albert Lee and GE costumer service trying to get them to figure it out. They scheduled a technician from Judd and Black in Everett to come service it, but after calling them to verify the information, I was told they had no information about my account and hadn’t serviced appliances outside their own consumers for almost a year which Albert Lee should have known. I wasn’t sure if anyone was going to show up but wasted a day waiting for them. I called GE again, they said someone was going to come the next day. No one called or showed up. Another day wasted. Finally, after more calls to managers, etc at Albert Lee, they informed me they were ordering me a new oven. I had to wait 5 weeks for it. It’s was supposed to come today(11/06) but they called yesterday and said it hadn’t come in and it’ll be another month. Totally unacceptable. It’s already been almost two months without an oven and many hours of phone calls and waiting around. I will never buy another appliance from them and not another GE.

Albert Lee has to be one of the most unprofessional guys around. Paid for a microwave for months, keep giving me dates to deliver and they don’t show up, don’t call to give updates, and just jerking us around. And when you call, the right person is always never around to talk to. So disappointing.

We stopped by this store as part of a tour of Sub-Zero (SZ) dealers in the area. While walking around we noticed a floor model unit of the same model we were looking for, already marked for sale at about half off. We’ve never been burned by a floor unit before and it looked like new so we figured we would inquire with a sales rep.
Unfortunately, the unit was already pending sale, but the salesperson offered to take a look at other stores for us. He found one at the Silverdale location and indicated he could have it shipped to our house directly. Seemed like a good deal, and it’s SZ so we knew we would have a good warranty in case any issues arose. I asked about the price as the unit was similarly configured, and the salesperson indicated it would be close - while talking and typing I looked up to his screen and watched as he added $100 to the price.
Now honestly we could have walked away at this point, but the final price was still nearly half off a new unit, so we gave the salesperson the benefit of the doubt, it’s his commission, his sale, and no one had a gun to our head to make the purchase. So - despite the annoyance of watching him take $100 out of my pocket, we proceeded with what still should have been a good deal.
The sales person said to us “it will be good as new, and if it’s not, we will take care of you…”
The unit was delivered without apparent incident, and it sat in our dining room for a few months while our contractor finished a remodel. When the day came to finally install the unit (custom cabinet enclosure) our installer noted that one of the leveling feet had been torn off the unit, metal bent and twisted. While a bit annoying that this wasn’t disclosed by Albert Lee or noticed by us upon delivery, we were working with a level surface with tight clearances and the installation does not require clearance on the bottom since it vents from the front. So we opted to remove the 3 remaining leveling feet and proceed with the installation.
I called the Bellevue store to make an inquiry about the damage and my first message was completely ignored. I called a few days later and was told “you got half off of this unit, you got a good deal”. The lady that I spoke with had an obvious attitude about the matter and was not only rude, but condescending in tone. I explained that while I did get a good deal, it was supposed to be for a “good as new unit”, not a damaged one. She then chastised us for installing it, and said she would reach out to their customer service.
We never heard back.
A few weeks later we noticed the unit making more noise than normal, and called a technician to take a look. He noted that perhaps it was the fact that it didn’t have feet, it was making extra noise, and suggested uninstalling and adding feet or some sort of insulating material underneath. Due to the fact the unit was damaged and sold by Albert Lee, adding feet was impossible.
Since Albert Lee in Bellevue only sold the unit, I decided to call the Silverdale location to see if they would be willing to help us get a replacement. My first call was answered by a friendly sales associate. I explained the issue and was assured I would get a response back. A week or so later I called back and talked to the same gal whose tone changed. She asked why we didn’t notice the damage earlier, said that the delivery people would have seen it, and questioned our story of the damage. She said our story sounded “suspicious”. Insulting. I was told I would get a call back.
I never did. We won’t settle for a unit that makes this kind of noise. I decided to make one more call, this time to SZ directly.
SZ said that the leveling feet would have no bearing on the noise, and that since Albert Lee wasn’t resolving our issue, they would send us a brand new unit in exchange for Albert Lee’s damaged unit.

Buy from anywhere else. No white glove service here. Sales doesn’t understand that a dishwasher & stove takes more than just plugging it in - 3 hrs plus of my life I can’t get back on $20k of appliances to “plug it in”.

Purchased a stove top in June and they rescheduled installation twice a days before the appt due to 'not in stock'. Was unable to match other prices so ended up canceling. Waste of time.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a range in May which never worked, waited 3 weeks for parts then another two weeks for repair which didnt work so still without wkrking range and no response even after multiple calls. Dont buy from them.

They have a good selection of appliances at competitive prices. However my experience with their after sale customer service is dismal. I purchased a washer and dryer which was installed with a stack kit. When the washer starts spin cycle the dryer vibration causes an annoying squealing sound. I contacted the store and they told by my salesperson it wasn't covered as I didn't buy the stack kit from them. I finally resolved that point and was told that the installation team would contact me, that was nearly 3 weeks ago. I left a message with the store manager, no response after 2 days.

This is my first review ever. I had an exceptional experience with Albert Lee. They went out of their way to help. Rebecca even came to our home to set up our BBQ for us.

I was shopping for appliances. No one checked with me while I was there for a long time. I approached the staff and asked for help. The staff was very "efficient" and compiled a quote. While I asked if there is any discount. The staff did not check and replied a cold no (in fact, I got a manufacturer discount from another store). It was a dispointed and unpleasant experience.

Dylon and Rover delivered and installed a washing machine. They were both very professional, considerate, efficient and absolute gentleman. I would highly recommend!
