If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST INSURANCE EVER! They will deny everything, your prescriptions and procedures. It's a joke of an insurance company, they just take your money.

Aetna rejects coverage for valid medical procedures that should be covered and I've wasted dozens of hours of my life calling them trying to sort it out. Their people are always very nice, but their process/rules are fundamentally anti-customer and they do everything they can to deny payments to healthcare providers.

Wth?? Called and was meet with a recording that says we cannot help with customer service at this time. It is 12:47pm. If that's the case, when do you offer customer service via the phone. That's just bad customer service all the way around. Not even a way to leave a message for a call back.
