I would highly highly recommend arrowheadarrell wood the personal attention that they gave to my girl Jenny made me feel like I was part of the family they also remembered my name and her name which even made it more personal. Doctor Sean was so Perceval and thoroughly explained to everything the staff in the front office was terrific thank you arrolwood. Maybe is home and doing wonderful thank you thank you.

I cannot adequately express how happy I am with Aerowood Animal Hospital's services. For the last few years they have been helping us care for our beloved dogs (currently a 16 year old and 1 1/5 year old). Aerowood has been an essential partner in navigating the health needs of our 16 year old pooch. From painful arthritis, skin problems, incontinence and more. They've also helped us manage our 1 1/5 year old's anxiety and wellness care. It's not just the doctors and medical technicians who have taken exemplary care of our "family", Raven and Tarek, at the desk, have been exceptional. They are the ones who are an important communication link to the doctors and have helped me deal with problems as they come up. They communicate with the doctors about prescriptions, provide information, and much more. Thanks to everyone at Aerowood for helping us care for our pooches, Doodle and Bandit.

The vets and the medical staff are good (it’s why I’m giving more than one star for this review). However, the front desk staff are so bad. Everytime I brought our dog to the clinic for his vaccines they would say “sorry, we don’t have your dog in our system.” No, trust me - you did… until my family left because we were so tired of playing the same old dumb games with the front desk staff.
Tip: stop saying my dog isn’t a part of your clinic and then immediately follow up with an automated email saying his vaccines need to be updated. It’s how you lose people to other vet offices where all the staff actually cares about dogs. ☺️

I took my dog in for her annual exam and vaccinations. We were in and out in 30 minutes. The vet took time to talk to us, was super friendly with my dog, and made sure I had the opportunity to ask questions. She made some suggestions and gave me printouts of supplements that I could find online. Things were rough during the pandemic lockdown and the waiting time was longer but it looks like Aerowood is back to normal. I am glad we stuck with them. Parking is always available so it's easy for me to drive over from Seattle (unless it is afternoon rush hour).

I am so unbelievably grateful to all of the staff and Dr. Shawna Gavin for the care and compassion I have experienced here. I just picked up my senior dog from a dental surgery today and I cannot believe the level of care, patience, kindness, compassion, and overall knowledge that made me feel so reassured. not to mention my dog already looks like shes feeling so much better, they took great care of my baby today and I couldn’t thank them enough. ❤️

My dog was experiencing a problem where he couldn’t open his mouth. Dr Shauna right away diagnosed his problem and put him on medication that was the most updated way to go. I’m super thankful for Aerowood my dog is very precious to me and they understand that with great care. Thank you for your service.

Excellent staff and very personal and professional experience. Completely trust Dr Marta Nobrega with the care of all my pets. She is practical, wholistic and knowledgable. We appreciate the separation of dog and cat areas in the waiting room. We were greeted warmly and taken on time. Fabulous receptionist and technicians. Everyone took the time to interact with both our dogs which I believe leaves them with a positive experience for future appointments. Prices were fair and reasonable. I think Aerowood is heads and tails (ha ha) above most clinics and I will drive the extra miles to visit again.

It was such a tough decision to leave our former vet. Absolutely love him. Since moving it has been difficult to get in and the distance is just a bit much. I am so happy to have switched to Aerowood. Raven at the front is wonderful and so personable. I have been here 3 times and each time I am greeted with such kindness. We have 2 senior rescue shih tzus and they have chronic skin issues. I needed to find somewhere with same day service and they were so accommodating. My first visit was with a Dr that didn't give off a friendly vibe. In come Dr. Gavin. WOW! Love her! She takes time to explain and showed me how to clean out their ears(I was not doing it correctly for sure). Her care for these dogs was genuine. I'm glad I switched and the dogs are recovering.

For the past ten years, Aerowood has taken excellent care of our dog, Alpha. The staff is always friendly, and Doctor Vlad is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and took great care of Alpha, especially during his recent successful surgery. He is the best doctor we have ever met .I highly recommend Doctor Vlad and Aerowood hospital.

Aerowood staff and physicians have always been helpful and courteous. The vets always take the time to gather health information about our dog and we collaborate on a plan that works best for us financially and realistically. They have always been caring and available in emergencies when needed.

I’ve had to take my dog here a few times. Once for an emergency at 11pm and they were able to see him pretty quickly. The ER service wasn’t grossly overpriced either.
The other few times were normal vet visits and they were fine. The only weird thing is that you usually don’t get the same vet (or maybe you can request the same.) This means you’ll get varying degrees of service, but for the most part the service and professionalism has been fine.

Switched to Aerowood a couple of years ago because I felt like I was being "sold" un-necessary care at my previous Vet. That doesn't happen at Aerowood and the level of care for my 2 dogs and cat have received are top notch. Highly Recommend

Wonderful Hospital!!! very friendly staff , Amazing doctors. We always go to Dr. Vlad and we love his professionalism, positivity. He really cares about pets and their owners. Highly recommend this Hospital to everyone.
