We purchased a CPO vehicle sight unseen from Jason and Cathy. We are out of state and never met them in person. However, Jason answered all my detailed questions about vehicle condition, including sending a custom video walk around. They were knowledgeable about how to conduct the sale over FedEx and Docusign and submitted the title/registration forms to my local DMV on my behalf. When the shipper delivered my vehicle it was exactly as described with no surprises. Finally, Acura HQ sent a survey asking if I received a couple minor paperwork (Carfax report, CPO checklist) upon delivery. I had seen these earlier but didnt get them on delivery. Within 24 hours, Cathy was in touch with me to close the loop. This is our first Acura and great first impression.

Purchased an Integra from this dealership. Dan L was my salesman and was very patient and professional with me. I didn’t feel pressured at any point of the process and got a great deal from him! I would buy from him again if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle.

I enjoy buying a new vehicle, the research, the decision, and the drives are all fun. However, the sales portion is what I dread. The lies, the manipulation, and the superficial nature of the whole process disgust me. This time around I wasn't disgusted. Simply because we worked with Derya Moreno. Detail-orientated, witty, kind, and doesn't blow smoke. She made the whole process easy. Even while finding an amicable price there was never any hostility. Honestly, it was fun. My wife drove out of the lot with her dream vehicle and all smiles!
Normally; I would chalk up our experience with Derya as a one off, needle in a haystack type experience. Then we worked with Jeremy in the finance department. The transition from Derya to Jeremy was seamless. To be blunt he's a car nerd. We reminisced over our older Acura's and the JDM toys of our past. Beyond that he wasn't aggressive with warranties, or add-ons. He is patient, caring, engaging and smooth.
In conclusion, our experience at Acura of Bellevue could not have been better. Derya is an amazing person who understands her customers, works for them, and builds rapport through a strong work ethic. Jeremy's laid-back demeanor and financial gravitas were greatly appreciated. Thanks to these two my wife has been all smiles since taking home the vehicle and for that, I am eternally grateful.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY, SHADY STEALERSHIP: Before I begin, just buy from out of state (like Niello Acura) and not here, its cheaper and they deliver. Anyways, I recently purchased an Integra Type S but not from here. These guys try every shady little trick in the book to mark up the cars. They even straight up LIED to me saying they werent getting any more allocations so to buy this quick before its gone for a while when literally the next day I get an email by another associate telling me if the color is an issue they are getting another allocation soon. He didnt know I went in person lol. What crooks. Then they only were taking off some of the dumb add-ons if I financed with them because I was originally going to pay in cash. They are add-ons, take them off. "oh but sir you need these because blah blah blah." What is a shame is I took my fiance to surprise her that I was buying her this car but we ended up walking out. Only to be literally spam called/text/emailed by their employees for weeks. Long story short buy from better dealerships like Niello Acura in California. They will work with you and be honest unlike these scummy salesmen. Feels more like your local used stealership than a higher class dealership.

I would NOT recommend ever going to this dealership! They have, unfortunately, verified the overall reputation of car dealerships to be shady.
I bought an Acura from a private seller. The car had a maintenance agreement purchased by the seller when she bought the car. When she sold the car to me she verified with the dealership (Lynnwood) that the maintenance agreement would be honored.
I took the car to Acura of Bellevue because that was closest to my house. After working with the assistant manager, he to affirmed that the agreement would be honored by Bellevue.
Today I took the car in for an oil change and was informed that I owed $12.95. They said the price had gone up and the coupon from the original agreement wouldn't cover it. Then a few minutes later they said the agreement was actually expired. Both of these announcements are confusing. First, main. agreements are heavily front loaded, meaning they build in a "cushion" to compensate for changing prices. So why would you start charging the customer when you already said you would honor the contract? Secondly, there is no expiration date on any of the paperwork or maintenance coupons. Instead, they are simply labeled by mileage. So why designate a mileage for maintenance if it doesn't really matter?
I would avoid this dealership like the plague! They are over priced and will work very hard at NOT honoring their obligations.

great experience. i was in the market for an integra type s, saw online that acura of bellevue had one available. jason and jeremy were awesome throughout the whole process, took care of me, and made it seamless. this was especially helpful since i was just coming back from living overseas and needed a car ASAP. highly recommend!

Highly recommend Jason park. While I didn’t purchase a car from Acura. He was very helpful in helping me with my choices. Actually listened to me and knew I wanted a manual so when a manual civic came in on trade he made sure to text me about it. Wasn’t pushy at trying to get me to sit down or anything and understood I needed time to think! If I’m in the market for an Acura I will for sure seek him out!

Horrible experience. The salesperson was racist and thought I would not be able to afford the car. We had to squeeze any information out of him about the car. He did not even have accurate price information about mdx.
