Great hotel with ample amenities! Breakfast is $20, the only drawback. The hotel is in city center and in very close proximity to Bellevue city center corporate offices, restaurants, commuter buses, etc. Room had full size bathroom amenities and mini fridge which had 2 mini water bottles. Microwave was available in the Water vending area. Coffee options in the room was very limited. Spacious large rooms with comfy beds, a good size work desk, reading lights, closet had iron and iron board with some hangers, and a large screen Tv! The room interiors are modern and if you’re lucky you can get to see Mt. Rainier from your room window!

Though very clean, this property is paired down without being at all chic. We booked a corner room thinking that would be a brighter option, but beware that the picture on the site, showing 2 windows on the corner is not a thing. We faced the alley, had 1 single window and if we were in a corner, should not be marketed in that way. Not tragic, just disappointing we paid 15% more for a very standard room.The people were awesome, from check in to the complementary breakfast coffee.Location was further away from the restaurants and shops than we thought. It was a nice 15 minute walk from the Bravern (walking is required after dinner at John Howie! Ha!) though some may consider this too far. Next time we’ll likely stay at the JW Marriott, but I wanted to try this AC brand as part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio.

5 - 10 minutes walking from the mall and downtown. Great price to value. I stay here almost every time when around. The restaurant menu is limited.

Staying at the AC Hotel was a delightful experience. The modern and stylish ambiance added to the overall appeal. The well-appointed rooms, along with attentive and friendly staff, made for a comfortable stay. The hotel's commitment to providing a refined guest experience was evident in the attention to detail and overall quality of service. I would recommend it for a satisfying and enjoyable stay.

I truly enjoyed my time at AC by Marriott Bellevue. It’s a great business hotel located at the center of downtown, close to many of the office buildings, to Bellevue Park and to the huge shopping mall Bellevue Square. The hotel itself feels new, modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the bar area and the bar food was great (and the small shop where you can buy snacks and drinks). I did appreciate the morning Starbucks coffee that was available as well for free. I don’t have many complaints (maybe just the water pressure at the shower), and other than that I had a great stay.

I was unable to shower in my room, because the shower was clogged causing it to flood the bathroom. Which led me to believe this shower was NEVER CLEANED (empty shampoo bottles, and amenities.) Had the shower been cleaned this would have been noticed right away.I was looking forward to my stay here at this Hotel.I was EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED in the the service of this place. I have contacted the manager multiple times without a single call back.I let the front desk know right away in regards to the shower, and was told maintenance would come up to look into it. I ended up leaving this Hotel without being able to shower.One of the worse places that I have ever stayed! I would not recommend it!

This visit was quite something. Imagine waiting for 1.5 hours, only to open the door to a room like the ones in the attached pictures.Upon returning to the reception, the staff seemed indifferent, failing to acknowledge their mistakes. When I asked them to fix the rooms, they appeared clueless, unsure of how to make amends as they weren't in charge that day.It's unbelievable, given my past experiences with numerous Marriott hotels, to encounter such a disaster in standards. The lack of accountability and service is disheartening. Highly recommend other hotels with better customer service. You deserve something better than this disappointing experience.

After our stay, I read a review for the same establishment where the reviewer found blood on their sheets. Our family experienced the same situation this past weekend (December 2 – 3).We only stayed one night to attend the various holiday events around the city. We came back to our room late, so my wife and I sent our kids straight to bed. When my wife woke our kids up, we found what appeared to be blood on their comforter. We immediately thought something happened to our kids. After inspecting the pillows and sheets and finding no other evidence of blood, we called the front desk to rectify this situation.Michelle (front desk) instructed us to remove the sheets for housekeeping but offered no other solutions. Unsatisfied with their response, I went to the front desk to address this issue face-to-face. Michelle offered a free breakfast, but I declined. I offered a different solution. She stated that she was unable to complete that ask and indicated that only her manager may be more accommodating. Michelle proceeded to give me her manager’s card and stated that he would be in at 2 PM (December 3) to investigate and that he would be contacting me.At the time of writing (Saturday, December 9), I have yet to receive a response from the establishment.I would urge customers to search for other accommodations when staying in Bellevue. It is very disappointing and upsetting to see others go through similar situations, in addition to the lack of communication. If a hotel tells me that my room is ready, I do not expect my family to be exposed to biohazard, let alone sleep in it.

The hotel is super non-fussy but clean and well-located. It was great that there is a lobby bar to have a few beers after a long work day. The crowd skews heavily toward business travelers.

Clean, minimalistic, and very good location. But it's very expensive for a small room, mine had no kitchen (which i knew). Only parking option is valet which is 50 dollars a day, and expensive market with very mediocre food/snacks in it. The breakfast is very good, and most staff was very kind. Front Desk did not know their own policy and had to call the manager. But other than that it was a good stay if you have the money.
