I called 1 -800 number, asked about the auto battery warranty they sell, which i told them i have a car with AAA warranty battery,they asked if i was a member, i told him, no, then he saidwithout even checking, i can not get warranty because i am not a member. Although battery has warranty. I think it's a scam...

I went in recently to see about picking up a Tourbook for a future road trip. After waiting a bit since the one person working was helping another customer, they informed me that AAA no longer has printed tourbooks available. They said they now had an online copy to use on your phone/tablet. This didn't sound very useful but I still looked online to see what an online tourbook was like. It ended up being basically a big PDF version of the tourbook that you would need to scroll and zoom through on a small screen. It was not designed to be used on the go or on a small device. It would've been cool if it would show you nearby attractions based on your GPS and the details from the tourbook. Unfortunately that was not the case. I'm not sure I will be renewing my membership in the future.

Do I recommend this business? Not really. Not anymore. What has happened to all these stable companies? Everyone is new and the left-hand doesn't know what the right-hand is doing. Is it because of Covid? They can't hire good people anymore? If you decide to use this service, they want you to use the app if you have an emergency now. Just what you want to do when you are stalled in the middle lane of the 405 with 3 screaming kids in the back. If you choose to stay on hold and speak to a human, you will have one hell of a long wait on hold. Find another service.

My husband came here to apply an international driver's permit/license. The staff was friendly and professional. They change $13 for 2 passport pictures, same pictures to use for IDP, the fee is 50% less than some "fancy" photo studio a few blocks away. The pictures were ready in a blink of an eye and my husband got his IDP in less than 15 minutes. When we did an internet search for Passport photo, AAA did not show up. Most people don't know they provide that service, it's much faster and way more reasonable cost than other places we have been to.

if I could give ZERO stars I would. Have been trying to get s hold of anyone over the phone to cancel my membership for day with no luck, usually waiting over 1 hour on the phone. I am glad to be done with them.

We have been members of AAA since 1980. This summer we are planning a trip to Europe..it is a guided hiking trip not offered through AAA. We wanted to add some additional travel and had several questions. Since we pay a yearly membership to AAA, we thought they would be a good option for help. The first agent we contacted was more interested in letting us know about the fees attached to her services regardless of the fact we pay an annual membership. The second agent, in the Issaquah office, took the time to sit down with us, promised to send us some options re our trip but then we never heard from him again. One afternoon while in Bellevue, we thought we would stop at AAA and see if somebody would answer some general travel questions. The gentleman behind the counter was quick to tell us we needed to schedule time with a travel agent...he didn't even make an attempt to see if maybe he could answer some questions. Finally, after deciding to give AAA travel agency one more try, we contacted another agent, again, at the Bellevue location. We scheduled a 30-minute phone consultation through their online scheduling system on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning, we received a VM letting us know she could not meet/call then as she had a schedule conflict, obviously not taking the time to check the date since she was off by one week. She also said if we had Covid questions...go to the CDC website or if we had Covid questions related to the airlines, go to the respective airline's website and finally if we had Covid questions related to a specific country, check their website. It was clear she was more interested in steering us elsewhere instead of serving the customer. What has happened to customer service? Doesn't anybody want to help the customer anymore...apparently not the employees of AAA travel. I doubt we will renew our membership with AAA; and, personally, my suggestion is if you need travel help...look elsewhere.

I submitted a request for a refund of my membership early this month and was promised I'd receive it within 5-7 business days Well! After a few emails back and forth they keep putting it off more and more. It was due about a week ago and still nothing I filed a complaint with the better business bureau I'm shocked how dishonest they are, I had the impression they were a good company Now their considered the same level as IRS scammers in my opinion. Wouldn't surprise me if they hire scammers
