I pull in at night. Obviously can see me as I pull in eighty up front. Rather than open the door the clerk goes into the storage room.

It only takes 1 bad experience to change the trust you have in a location. I came in to get 2 slices of pizza and a drink as there was a deal going on. There was only 1 slice left and the clerk was standoffish about my request for 2. He did get another pizza to bake. However, he started sneezing and went to the back. Where I never heard any running water, so he never changed his gloves. This is basic food handling. Thanks for the sneezza...

Extremely rude behavior by the clerk.
Trying to charge me double on my coffee because I used more creamers than he says it’s normal.
If there’s a company policy that states it.
He failed to show it!!!
He approached me rudely saying he would charge me extra because I could only use one or two creamers
A coffe was only 2.50
He tried charging me over 5 dollars!!
And said”just don’t use many next time”
I felt discriminated against!

It is absolutely ridiculous that as a paying customer at a location that sells food and drink that you do not have a restroom. What is the point of a convenience store that absolutely lacks convenience? It is unreasonable to be a 7-Eleven without a bathroom. That's half the reason your customers go to your locations to begin with.

Bought several items and asked to use the restroom...was told there's no public restrooms. Then an employee said he will call the police if I don't leave the premises. An absolute terrible experience, would NOT recommend coming to this location

Not very accommodating staff. They don't know their own deals, and they don't apply to everything equally.
Not a good look for a company not to be customer focused. Will never come into this 7 eleven again.

I came in here for the first time to buy a couple things and use the restroom . Despite being a payer customer, he refused to let me use the restroom and said it’s “employees only”. I never wanted to punch someone so bad in the face in my life. Absolutely insane to deny someone restroom access especially when it’s a semi emergency . Highly suggest you go somewhere else.
