Toni and Angela were amazing, they helped me port over my number, get my daughter a phone, and a tablet. It was a way better deal then what I was paying before a day I got more for my money with the Samsung package deal.

Angela Derbin saved my day!! Well my child’s birthday anyway! Needed a particular adapter (to use with one of the presents) and there is nowhere in belfair to get one. As a blind shot in the dark, I thought I’d try the Verizon store before giving up my search. Angela came through!! Even though Verizon didn’t have the adapter I needed on the shelf, she went in the back and pulled exactly what I was looking for from her own personal possession. I can’t begin to thank her enough and as she wouldn’t take any gratuity from me, I am writing this in hopes that Verizon can make sure she is well taken care of and properly compensated. Will be coming back in the next time I need a new phone and accessories and will make sure Angela gets all the sales. Thank you again for sharing your amazing vibes and your own personal possessions!
