I wanted to post a normal not satisfied with the service kind of review with a 1 star rating but I just can't. You need to hear the rest of the story to believe the unethical low blow deceit that was perpetrated by AnnaLee Baglio (Todd) agent for John L Scott, Belfair Wa.First of all she is thankfully not my agent. I am the perspective Buyer of on of her listings. I the Buyer made a full over asking price cash offer with no contingencies or inspection or appraisal. Closing with in 30 days what ever the seller would like. Much to my wife and I delight our offer was selected as the strongest offer they received. Now the offers were due on the 13th of July 2021 by 4:30PM and opened on the 14th of July. AS the selected offeror we signed the purchase agreement on the 14th July 10:30AM along with the Seller. The afternoon of the 14th I received an addendum to the purchase agreement, the addendum had one change to initial which was an actual closing date and takeover date with in the 30 day offer. I actually was willing to give the seller a couple days after closing to move and clean. A separate e mail contained the CCR and HOA document. I had wanted the head of the HOA to answer a couple questions because the HOA consisted of only 2 units. AnnaLee Baglio sent these documents along with name and contact info for the HOA President. The HOA low and behold was run by her husband Robert Baglio which peaked my interest even more about the questions I had. By the next day 15th of July at 10:00AM I still had not initialed the docs as Mr Baglio never returned my many calls and messages. 10:30AM my agent called and said that my offer had been rescinded because the initialed docs were not yet returned. My agent had been repeatedly trying to reach AnnaLee Baglio and we were ignored other than to inform us that she had taken the next best offer. Not being able to get any answers from AnnaLee Baglio I took it upon myself to contact the Seller. I had a very nice and pleasant conversation with her but simply wanted to know if there was any way to salvage the agreement that we had signed. She informed me she knew nothing about the agreement being cancelled or that a secondary offer had now been selected. She told me there was no reason to cancel our purchase agreement but she would contact her agent AnnaLee Baglio. A couple hours later my agent and AnnaLee Baglio spoke for the first time, my agent trying to understand what was happening. Now Mrs Baglio told my agent that they were going to accept offers and any enhanced offers until 6:00PM the 15th of July and choose the highest offer they receive. What kind of a joke is this woman AnnaLee Baglio think she is pulling? AnnaLee Baglio out and out lied to her client a minimum of 3 times. AnnaLee Baglio lied to my agent and reniged on the most simple and basic real estate transaction that could be written. WE know and can corroborate the lies she has told but it is very possible that she broke some laws within the Washington State Real Estate licensing program. I will be filing a complaint with Real Estate Board along with her Brokerage. This is fair warning to any prospective clients in the future. The worst part of this story could have been that we had to live next door and share a common wall with this deceitful person.

Scott Hagg, I* am so sorry that you had this experience with a John L Scott agent, however AnnaLee Baglio is NOT associated with the John L Scott office in Belfair. Your review puts our office in a bad light. We work endlessly with our clients to ensure they understand timelines and commitments. Can I ask you please to put a retraction in and redirect your complaint to the proper agency? If you need help in finding a home I would be happy to work with you! Thank You! Kathryn

Ashley Leinneweber has been rude and encouraged others in the community to be rude. She said she'd get back to us and didn't. When it was brought to her attention instead of apologizing she simply blocked us after telling us she didn't want our business anyways. Would not recommend some one who can't even admit when they made a small mistake. Would not want to do business with a person who is rude to others and could mess up your deal by being rude during negotiations.
