Late recommendation but indeed Josh knows Audi better than last shop who gave me my car back without solving vacuum issue. 2018 S5. Going back to then to do inspection and/or service. Great rate.

Man this was a great experience. I bought an older golf that needed a bit of work and it hadn’t had the timing belt changed in 12 years! I was super nervous and just wanted this corrected. Called several dealerships and shops. All of them quoted from 3 weeks to several months out. They were also quoting me a lot of money since they needed to do a lot of interference removal to get to the timing belt amongst other things. Long story short, a buddy referred Cabin Automotive to me so I reached out. Amber answered the phone, was super friendly and very helpful. They ended up getting my car in 5 days later and saved me almost $1,000! (Timing belt wasn’t the only maintenance I requested, it was a lot). When I picked it up, I was greeted with smiles, a welcoming atmosphere, and pleasant scenery, as you have to drive through some mountain roads to get to them. I’ve been driving it for a couple of months now and it drives like a dream. Josh the mechanic, is a master Tech who has been doing this for a long time. He answered all of my questions with confidence and I left knowing that the job was done the right way. Couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend this fine establishment enough for anyone’s European automotive needs. This shop is amazing. They helped me out so much. I got a quote from a different local shop that was over $3600 with a laundry list of things for my BMW x3. I was very confused noticing things on the list that were completely out of no where and didn't seem right. I came to Cabin Auto to get a second opinion which was a suggestion by a friend who takes her BMW to Cabin Auto. They fixed everything for just over $800. I was so thankful i added a bunch of other maintenance because i was saving so much. Never take your BMW to someone who doesn't know BMW. Just cause they can twist a wrench doesn't mean they know what they are talking about. When i came to pick up my car Cabin Auto saved all the old parts and had them set aside to explain and literally show me exactly what happened. I will never take my cars to anyone else. They have gained a lifetime client. Thank you guys so much.

I didn't know what to think the 1st time I pulled up. They are literally a cabin in the woods about 10 minutes outside of Belfair. The owner was incredibly friendly and the mechanic asked all the pertinent questions. I had one shop give an estimate for $4,500, but they diagnosed and repaired the issue for under $500!I've used them four times for my 20-year-old German sports car and will continue to use them into the future!

Josh was amazing! I have an 09 Rover SE and the suspension was getting errors. The right front shock was failing. I took it to Cabin Creek on a recommendation. Josh did a thorough inspection. He was accurate, fair, reasonable and explained to me in language what my options were. I went for the replacement to regular shocks and I couldn't be happier! The price was fair and I now can get several more years of use on this custom designed Rover. The ride now is so smooth and quiet. I would drive the extra miles for this type of service!Amber kept me informed and Josh did the job, I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!Services: Vehicle Inspection
