I came here to shower and bathe my dog. Pet fee is $20 per night. A bit high I thought. No card entry here. They use real keys. The single room #6 ground level was small. The bathroom was the same size as the bedroom. The floors are not carpeted and very slick. Even slicker when wet. I liked the handheld shower nozzle. Great for a dog wash. This room has a small fridge. The freezer kept my ice cream frozen. Microwave, flat screen TV w remote, one cup coffee maker and a wall connected hair dryer in the bathroom. The heating was hard to keep level. Either high or No. It was quiet at night. Whoever "cleans" the rooms needs to pay attention to under the bed. At checkout I looked under the bed to see if I left anything and saw lots of dust balls and other people's socks. Yuck. Why is it so hard to get a cheap room that isn't filthy under the bed? The rooms aren't cheap anymore either. Expect to spend at least two bills. $100 deposit. C'mon people. COVID and bedbugs not enough of a threat? If we get what we pay for why can't it be CLEAN? I believe this is a family owned business. The staff I encountered were nice. I would've loved to give this Motel a better review. It is the only motel in the small town of Belfair. I recommend the owner have meeting w the hired housekeepers to prevent more bad reviews. It's all about the comfort AND CLEANLINESS. Other than that it could be a nice stay.
Rooms: 1 bed ground level is small. Good enough to sleep a night. Shower is nice. Heating is outdated. Hard to control/keep consistent. No carpet in this room. Slippery wet or dry. Look under the bed. You decide how clean.
Nearby activities: Not much in Belfair. Waterfront state Park near. Safeway QFC not 24 hr.
Expect all stores to be closed late at night.
Safety: Seemed safe, quiet. I did not see "Creepers" hanging around the parking lot.
Walkability: If you can walk, that's great!
Food and drinks: I recommend The Lotus Asian restaurant just a short walk or drive towards town on the same side of the street.
Noteworthy details: I check under all furniture (bed included) in every motel room I stay in. I usually do this first when i enter a room. If you see dust bunnies/clothing/dirt please take time to post a review about it. I would think COVID/bedbugs are threat enough to want to thoroughly clean each room between tenants. I have noticed nearly every affordable motel in Kitsap/Mason county have very low cleaning standards. Those hired to CLEAN are NOT doing their job. Owners of such businesses should stay on top of cleanliness. If needed, double check each room following the shift. Give your housekeepers credit for a "good job" noticed. Give a firm warning to those housekeepers who could do a better job.
" Make improvements or find another job."
We, the public, keep these businesses running. When we voice our opinions publicly we are allowing business owners the opportunity to take action. Let them know where improvements need to be made. It is our responsibility to help businesses take cleanliness seriously?

Probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced at a hotel/motel. Super clean, newly updated rooms. Comfortably fit my family of four. Great stay, would definitely come back

This place wouldn't be so bad if the owner was a straight forward guy cause for someone of his so-called class he sure did rob me for 100 dollars on my deposit he was blaming my card company but after investigating it I come to find out he's the one who was lying about the money only so he could keep it. I mean 100 dollars isn't much unless you don't have much like me which I was really needing that money back but no Tee is his name decided that he needed it more then me when I did nothing wrong even took out all my trash to the dumpster so for him to be that way really blew my mind so low score here from me. P.s. don't be such a dirt bag Tee I got the prove you stole my money but can't do nothing about except write these reviews which I intend on doing so until I feel the message is out there.

Booked the hotel ? 3 months in advance, as it was the best price-quality offer for Twanoh Park. The room is small, we had 2 beds. ?️The towels were fresh?. There were three of us traveling with an 11-year-old child and 2 dogs. ??(. An additional fee for animals is charged in the amount of $ 20 per night for 1 animal). There were only 2 cups ☕️ for coffee in the room. I went down to the office to ask for an additional cup for tea, but I was not able to get it ?We drank coffee in turns, which turned out to be a little inconvenient ??♀️. Then we went to explore the sights around and my car ? showed a sign of problems with the engine ?????♀️. We had to urgently call the dealer and sign up for diagnostics. When we called the hotel at 10.30 (before the check-out time at 11 am) and said that we needed to cancel the room reservation due to force majeure, we were denied a refund ? for the reservation for the next 2 days ???♀️. We had to find out the reason for the refusal and it was unpleasant ?♀️?. We understand that small businesses have problems, but we also understand that force majeure situations can happen, like what happened to us. In the end, we got our money back for 1 night and an additional fee for animals, but our mood was completely ruined ?. The road home took 2 times longer, since we had to stop often due to engine problems ???. I would like to recommend that those working in the hotel be more loyal to visitors and pay attention to dusty baseboards and ventilation hoods.

Got stuck in traffic so too late to set up our tent and made a list minute change to this hotel. Pleasantly surprised by how spacious our room was, recently remodeled and very nice. Bed was comfy, TV and cable turned ON the first try, really enjoyed the 3/4 fridge so we could refreeze our ice.
Rooms: Really nice
Walkability: Close to town, walking distance to restaurants.

Rooms: One of the best rooms I have stayed in over the many many years of traveling. I could tell that great care and appreciation goes into this property.

This place offers good rates, clean rooms, comfy beds, and is back off the road enough to offer a quiet nights sleep! If you happen to be in town for an event at Bremerton Motorsports Park, it's only about 15 minutes away!

I stay at the Belfair Motel regularly, and I always have a terrific experience there. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is an excellent value. Highly recommend!

My room was charming, clean, and in great condition. The dark hardwood floors are a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location too -- just a 1/2 mile to grocery stores and restaurants. Beautiful location.

Rooms were nice with an update decor. The beds were super comfortable and I personally loved the pillows ? Cleaning could have been better but there was only small things that didn't have an effect on our stay. I felt it was a little over priced for a bed and shower for one night. They don't offer any breakfast whatsoever which is only slightly inconvenient. Location is great with many options to get food off the property. The desk clerk was kind and efficient during check in. I would stay again if I find myself in the area again.
