This young girl just helped me. Did not say hello and proceeded to act annoyed at me because my Amazon return was not uploaded so I sat down changed it and came back to her still had attitude! Hands me my receipt and says, HERE!!!
I mean so rude did not deserve that I was having a good day off on my birthday and then this happened! Not cool at all

I love this place! Super easy option for amazon returns and they can print the label for you if you need that done. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful when I need to ship something. Absolutely the best option in town. Thank you!

Only done amazon returns but I can say for sure they help with all that no issues and help get your refund asap. Plenty of cheap damaged stuff it got from amazon has been either replaced or refunded with their help.

The Battle Ground UPS is my #1 go to when I need to ship anything. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. They always make me feel welcomed and they get through the longest lines in no time at all. I highly recommend them and appreciate how they always stay positive and friendly. I was on the Chelatchie Prairie Road and Commerce Avenue when a UPS driver was doing double the speed limit and riding the back of my car. He then decided to pass me on a double soils yellow line and almost breaks check me then sped off. Seriously shouldn’t be driving at all. Super reckless. Super embarrassing for UPS.

Very unprofessional workers! Was unable to send my package with UPS label, ask me to send it via email but can't find it! Try another store, never had this problem before

worst shipping place I've ever been to. I will just stick to the post office. this place won't even give you a quote for shipping even after giving them your account number. rude
