“I needed an extension on the 1 week I paid for because I was out of town. The girl at the front who answered said she saw my package and would put it on hold. It was registration and stickers for new RV.
I thought she was pulling my leg. Like I thought she was just saying that to appease me because they normally don't follow up on packages being there too long.
Turns out she was the person that helped me, she remembered the package and got it right away. She killed this guy's cynicism for a day. Thanks UPS store lady! :)”

“Lorelei (Lori) has helped me on numerous occasions mailing packages and always gives the best advice in terms of which service to use (cheapest is not always best!). She is very thoughtful and really makes the most out of every interaction. Just today I mentioned we were waiting on save the dates for our wedding and she sprang into action to be sure they'd have enough Love stamps on hand for when they arrive. This isn't even something I'd considered but Lori wasn't about to let standard Forever stamps spoil my beautiful cards! She is truly such a gem and a valued member of the Uptown community. “I had a last minute notarized document that needed to be sent out. I called this location and Emily was amazing and so helpful. She is a notary public and was able to notarize my document and get it sent off in the same trip. When I went into the location Emily was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, fast, thorough, and helpful. She explained everything that I had questions about (which was a LOT of questions). I will definitely be going back there for any of my mailing needs! And/or if I need a cute gift. They have so many unique and fun things for sale! I highly suggest going to this location!”

“This location has Wonderful employees!!! (Not that others are not great as well) I was about to go inside their doors & a very Nice and Kind lady opened the door for me & welcomed me in! She must have saw me heading in with my prosthetic leg & wheelchair & ruched from where they were at inside! Upon going inside she asked how she can help & I told her I was just dropping off and she asked if I need a receipt or anything else and proceeded through the transaction & helped me back out again! Such a Genuine & Kind person! Thank you for the Extra Help! I will go Out of my way to come to this location now!!!”

“Harmony is a young friendly and efficient post office associate. We have lived here for 27 years and the service has improved with two separate trucks that deliver packages and daily mail to our home. Our family has always received good service from this post office.”
“It seems that the guy everyone else was complaining about has been removed lol — I overheard a worker telling another customer that this store has a new owner due to the bad reviews. I was helped by Carson today, who was very pleasant and patient, and having my package shipped was very straightforward. All other present employees seemed very polite and kind as well. I was initially hesitant to visit this location because of all the 1-star reviews, so I’m glad that they’ve taken initiative and listened to their customers. Leaving this review in hopes that other people will start going here again and new reviews will balance out the old ones.”

“If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Amanda helped me with shipping 5 boxes to my home in TN. She was professional, friendly, helpful and answered my several questions; I left the location feeling confident my needs were taken care of. I’ve visited a number of FedEx shipping locations over the years, and by far, this has been the best experience I’ve received in a very long time. Also, the next day, I called this location to inquire about document shredding services and process of shipping a banjo, and this time Kim helped answer my questions over the phone in a positive, kind, and professional manner… the team at this location is definitely doing customer service the right way! Thank you!!!”
