Safeway has a lovely selection of flowers in their florist department! That is where I always go when there’s an occasion that I need flowers for! Also, Nicole Burchett is one of the sweetest employees they have! I believe she deserves a raise! I always enjoy seeing her there!

It's always a pleasure shopping at this store . Their cashiers are nice and helpful especially this young lady Ashley S who always greet me with a beautiful smile and thank me for shopping at their store.

This store is always freezing cold inside, uncomfortably so. The store layout requires visiting the entire store for a few items. Lunch meat and cheese are on opposite sides of the entire store. The parking lot is in awful condition with roots protruding through the asphalt.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I shop at the store all the time, and will likely not shop here in the future. I have experienced one too many bad Customer Service experiences. I tried to have some balloons I ordered online filled up with helium for my son's birthday and the assistant night manager was called over to assist in finding a code for the helium. When they couldn't find the code, she decided that I should be charged full price as if I was buying a balloon from the store just for the helium. Then she went on to tell me that there was a helium shortage and that I can buy them or not. Luckily, the lady who was filling in in the floral department was really kind and encouraged me not to fill up my balloons, but instead come back the next day when one of the real managers are in, that would know where that code is and if that was even the correct dollar amount that they were going to charge me. For context filling up six balloons was going to be over $55. Horrible customer service shop somewhere else I strongly encourage you. I went over to Fred Meyer's and filled my balloons for $10.

Safeway is generally my go-to place for groceries, however this location consistently disappoints! I’ve been told several different policies by self checkout employees in this week alone that completely contradict one another, and I was not met with entirely kind responses when I’ve brought it to their attention.
I’ve also noticed that the employees at this location will submit the checkout survey for me, ensuring to give 5 stars for all categories. I don’t necessarily believe that the questions about my visit are for the employees to answer, without requesting my own opinion especially!
