Top-Notch customer service! This family owned business is a one stop shopping experience. If you don't need it, they won't try to talk you into it to make money. If you want honest and knowlegable help, this is the place for you! My husband and I trust the owners Art, Terri, and Joey so much that we left all the decisions about what kind of specific equipment we needed up to them. Not only did they get us what I needed quickly, they also put it together for us. Ambush Extreme Sports is the the real deal, full service, best ever customer service shop that's so hard to find these days. We highly recommend them!

This is the BEST bike repair shop in the area. The staff are amazing and friendly. They work fast and do quality repairs for really reasonable prices. They have definitely made us customers for life, and we highly recommend them!

Really friendly staff who provide great service. Helped me with a tiny little fix on my bike that I needed done ASAP. While I was in there they were so friendly to everyone who walked in. Great shop ??

We are from Mississippi passing thru on our way to alaska, we needed some work done on our bikes so I called this store out of the blue. The lady who answered the phone was very upbeat and said they could help us with anything we needed. After stopping by, the rest of the crew stopped what they were doing and immediately began adjusting/adding items to the bike. After buying several items I asked how much for the labor, they said don't worry about it (wow), how often does that happen. Fantastic store/employees/owner, I highly recommend going to them for all your biking needs.

I went to a few bike shops before I was told to go to these guys. No one could figure out how to fix my bike. I came to these guys about a year ago. My bike has never worked so well or gone so fast. Took my son's fully built BMX here. And bought a 20 inch street bike for my daughter . I will never go to another shop if it's not these guys. Thank you guys for always doing me right!

This is the best store EVER! The owners are so knowledgeable and super nice! They are so patient with my teenagers and take time to talk with them and get them what they need. They also remember us from previous visits which makes you feel so special. I will never buy a scooter from anyone else. The prices are so fair but even if the prices were high I would go 100% for the customer service!

We recently purchased a couple of beginner mountain bikes from NW Ambush and their customer service is unmatched. The owners are awesome and really took the time to explain the differences in the bikes and make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The bikes were priced great and were comparable to the big box stores in Vancouver. We also had a lot of small add-ons done to the bikes and they were ready same day.We highly recommend this local store and will be going back!
