We worked with Eddie and we were just so impressed with how kind and eager to help he was! He knew a lot about each of the brands and was unbiased when presenting pros and cons for each. Eddie was also very personable and made mattress shopping much more bearable :)

Terrible customer service, you're better off going to Costco than dealing with these guys. They lie to get you in the door then switch up on you when you go to check out. nope nope nope. Gave us two options at the same price, 1099 for one mattress and 1099 for a second mattress. We couldn't decide right away which we liked and went to grab a coffee across the street to talk about which one we wanted. Came back after 10 minutes and the guy who helped us was gone. The second guy said "oh no way we can't sell that to you for that price". even though the first guy looked in his computer, confirmed inventory, confirmed the delivery date, and said we could go talk about it for a minute to decide. i don't do business with liars and would never recommend this place to anyone. Same mattress is available at Costco for 960 out the door delivered where they're trying to say they can only sell it for $1500. What a joke. Spend your money somewhere else. Poor, poor service. What a joke.

After buying a mattress online a couple years ago that was already breaking down, we gave this store a try. Amazing experience, helpful associate (Eddie), and very good pricing. Highly recommend and we’ll be back for our next mattress.

I cannot thank the super mattress store in Battle Ground Wa for their professionalism,knowledge and kindness they gave me in helping a friend in need of a new mattress. Eddie was exceptional. His knowledge is exceptional! I love supporting my hometown and they made it easy to do.

We buy all of our mattresses at the Battle Ground Mattress Superstore, because Eddie is extremely informative, and he really looks out for the customers mattress preferences and needs. He also makes the shopping and purchasing process a fun experience.

We just replaced our old mattress with a new Stearns & Foster California King set from Mattress Superstore in Battle Ground, WA. Eddie, the Store Manager, was super helpful and knowledgeable and very patient in helping us determine the best style and firmness and price for us. Kobe and Mike just delivered it all today and were so very friendly and efficient and careful in carrying out our old mattress and box springs and setting up the new ones. Eddie even threw in a bedding set of mattress cover, sheets and pillows. We had been dreading this purchase, but Eddie and his team made it so easy. We can hardly wait for bedtime! We totally recommend them.

Eddie was terrific at showing us options and ensuring we got the bed that was perfect for us. Highly recommend stopping by and he can review details, show options and get you set up as well. We were very impressed and highly recommend them for your primary bed and guest room beds.
