Select “UPS drop off - box and label needed”, this was free for me, then I was given the label and emailed it to this location.They also help with FedEx, Postal Service, and other returns.And if you’re confused about your return, come here first! They will give you straight forward advice on what to do next, no run-around.”
“Owner Ronika and her staff are efficient, attentive and, even when lines are long, they find a way to serve everyone promptly and effectively. Not only do they offer the full array of shipping and packaging services, don't forget they also offer printing and office supplies. I would rather patronize a small business over corporate whenever I can.”

“Lorelei (Lori) has helped me on numerous occasions mailing packages and always gives the best advice in terms of which service to use (cheapest is not always best!). She is very thoughtful and really makes the most out of every interaction. Just today I mentioned we were waiting on save the dates for our wedding and she sprang into action to be sure they'd have enough Love stamps on hand for when they arrive. This isn't even something I'd considered but Lori wasn't about to let standard Forever stamps spoil my beautiful cards! She is truly such a gem and a valued member of the Uptown community. Please consider paying her a visit before you go to a more corporate shipping company.”

“I show up early at 0730 because I work in the morning and have no time duri the day. They don't open until 8am so they have no obligations to open those doors until 8am. The guy working opens up at 0745 for me so I can pay for my package and be on my way to work. Now that is customer service!”
“Incredibly thankful to the postal workers who do excellent work and provide a vital service to the community.
Truly thankful to have a national mail service that prioritizes the needs of all people, rather than a pure profit motive - although it does fund itself relatively well (despite attempted cuts / gutting of USPS perpetrated by the Republican party to appease private postal entities; politically charged restrictions on USPS spending its own money, etc).
I wish we had more national services like USPS - ex high speed interstate passenger rail.”
“It seems that the guy everyone else was complaining about has been removed lol — I overheard a worker telling another customer that this store has a new owner due to the bad reviews. I was helped by Carson today, who was very pleasant and patient, and having my package shipped was very straightforward. All other present employees seemed very polite and kind as well. I was initially hesitant to visit this location because of all the 1-star reviews, so I’m glad that they’ve taken initiative and listened to their customers. Leaving this review in hopes that other people will start going here again and new reviews will balance out the old ones.”
