I was shopping for a new insurance agency to help me get all my properties, vehicles, my RV, and umbrella policies all under one company and managed professionally. I was referred by a friend who recently changed their coverage to State Farm and they were very happy with the results. I am very pleased with the work that Jessica Dissen, of the LeAnn Dodge agency has done for me.

I've had a great experience with Leann Dodge at State Farm. Even though we've only communicated through text and phone calls, Leann has always been responsive and helpful. She clearly explains my insurance options and makes sure I understand everything before making decisions.
Leann is professional and efficient, handling all my requests quickly. It's clear she cares about providing good service and making the insurance process as smooth as possible. Additionally, her customer service rep, Toya, is always helpful and friendly, making every interaction pleasant.

With insurance costs going up like crazy, we decided it was time to look elsewhere. We were so pleased to find Jillian at State Farm. She saved us more money than I thought possible. I love that they are close by and I can actually walk in and speak with her. The customer service and cost won us over.

Michelle at LeAnn Dodge State Farm has been providing insurance for me and my family since I was a teenager. Now married with a family of my own, she has continued to be an amazing resource and wealth of knowledge regarding all things insurance. I went to three other insurance offices (including brokers) before contacting Jillian Davis at this State Farm office to get quotes for auto, home, rental dwelling and umbrella policies. Jillian was so much more responsive and helpful, by far, in listening to my needs and offering various options, all at a lower price point than I had been paying. She was a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to recommend this State Farm office to others looking for insurance.

Jillian and the LeAnn Dodge team are amazing. I've been with them for over 11 years and they have been thru a lot with me. I've had multiple accidents and a car stolen and with each claim this office was incredible helpful. I at one point was having an issue submitting a form for my car theft and the system was down and so I was having a hard time submitting it. After a long day of phone calls and office visits I called my Leann Dodge office team and they helped me immediately. Both Jillian and Jessica made sure as soon as I walked in the door everyone was on the same page, they had an adorable coloring area for kids which my 4 year old Loved and they were knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and compassionate. I have stayed with this company because of this office and I highly recommend them❤️

After having been with State Farm for the last 11 years and having many things covered for both personal and business I filed my FIRST claim for a trailer that got rejected. I have had all my vehicles fully covered as well as the hay equipment that I pull and was told that the trailer would be covered by the truck with full coverage. Why would I cover all of that and not the trailer? Now I am out thousands of dollars after paying in for 11 years. I am taking my business elsewhere and you should be very careful with them.
