I've been visiting this clinic for care and lab draws since the beginning of '24. Without exception, I've enjoyed time spent with everyone in this clinic, and quality of care has been outstanding. Special kudos to Autumn, always a joy!

We recently changed insurance and were nervous about having to completely change all of our PCPs. However, the staff at this office made it an easy transition! Notably Chelsea at the front desk was extremely patient helping walk me through any questions I had and making sure that I understood the processes. Becca also really helped my children relax and not feel afraid to be seen, even to receive vaccinations (which is a tall order)! We have been made to feel like we matter and are a part of a community, rather than some faceless patients. I love it here!

Would give a negative 10 stars if I could! Doctor Carlson is a complete joke! only meeting me for 10 minutes she determined my life changing injury didn't warrant a referral! Worst experience with a doctor in my entire life, she is not an expert nor an orthopedic surgeon! making me walk across the room and pushing down on my hip doesn't determine why I am in pain or why I should not be seen by an orthopedic surgeon! After receiving my denial for an orthopedic surgeon, I called my old surgeon and explained my hip freezing up and the pain I was going through. He said I needed to be seen ASAP as he thought I would need a hip replacement and my hip freezing up and causing this much pain is a reason to be seen! I have filed a formal complaint against this worthless doctor! She was a nightmare and the absolute worst! The entire experience was a joke! I have already appealed the denial and asked for a competent doctor to look at me! I wouldn't go see a doctor if I wasn't desperate for some help from a real doctor not some family care doctor that believes she knows everything. She met me for 10 minutes she has zero clue about my injury and extend of what I have gone through with it, explaining level of pain to her she literally said oh we can give you a shot, but never said when! I am in pain now! I don't need to get x-rays and bone density test and shots and wait 3 months for them! I need to see a specialist and now! Telling my real ortho doctor this worthless doctor said I needed a bone density test gave him quite the laugh! don't you think we did that before both my hip surgeries! Even as I walked out of this nightmare of an appointment, I had an employee stop me and literally tell me "Good luck getting a referral" we just don't give referrals. Clearly, she was accurate and speaking from personal experience. I would rather pay 900 a month out of pocket then to ever have to see this worthless doctor again! if you want zero help and your time wasted then please go see DR CARLSON!!! When my friends and co-workers told me horror stories about Kaiser-boy they were not lying. I actually thought to myself it can't be that bad, well yes, it is and it's even worse than I ever imagined! I have seen hundreds of doctors in my life, but no one takes the cake like Dr Carlson! How can you deny me a referral after I told her about my hip freezing up and about my 2 major hip surgeries, she has no clue and didn't care enough or maybe lacked brain cells to be able to give me adequate care! stay away from this place and please pay extra and stay away from Kaiser as they clearly will not help you and clearly these doctors received their licenses from the Dollar Store! When open enrollment hits in November I am out of this goat rodeo of a company and i will go back to doctors that know what they are doing and actually listen to me and give me referrals that are obviously much needed! In meantime I am posting this doctor and my experience all over my social media and will let all my co-workers know to stay away from Kaiser! Even if I prevent one person from seeing Dr Carslon than i have done my job. I told her last week I had to call 911 from work and get help as I was on my knees and stuck and couldn't walk and in pain that i can't even describe...now what part of that and me being in a wheelchair for months and learning how to walk again doesn't warrant a referral to a specialist? to Dr Carlson, thank you for being the most incompetent doctor I have ever experienced...now I do know doctors like you do exist! I will not stop until everyone I know is aware of this doctor and how hard it is at Kaiser to get a referral! I hope this doctor loses her license, but she won't, she will continue to give patients wrong information and do nothing to help them! I will see an orthopedic surgeon without you Dr Carlson and there isn't a damn thing you can do.... you have done enough and made Kaiser the worst experience I have ever endured with an insurance company! I had a blood draw this morning and was surprised to see the employees wearing masks. I believe the person who took my blood was Autumn and she was very nice and I did not feel even the polk of the needle. All of the employees there have always been nice. It would have been nice to see their smiling faces. Have cases of Covid and RSV increased?
