This has to do with the ATM at the chase bank in Battle ground wa.There are many times when the ATM machine is not working. They need to get someone who works on the ATM who knows what they are doing!!!! This is the only Chase bank in Battle ground. When the ATM is not working I need to go all the way to Brush Prairie to their Chase bank ATM. That is very inconvenient.

I don't know who they are getting to repair this ATM but they are doing a horrible job. This is the only Chase bank in Battle, ground and when the ATM machine is not working I need to go all the way to Brush Prairie. That is very inconvenient.

Do NOT put your money into Chase Bank. My account was hacked that resulted in fraudulent charges to my checking account. Chase will not credit those charges to my account; stating that the business where this occurred said that the charges were legitimate. First Chase told me that after an investigation it was determined that it was a fraudulent purchase then 1 month later they said it was not fraudulent and yanked the money out of my account. There was 1 more purchase at that same business that Chase approved due it being determined to be fraudulent. Wth Chase?

I deposited a cashiers check drawn on a local credit union today and chase put a 10 day hold on the funds. Nothing they could do according to the branch. Absolutely worthless brach. This is the only bank i ever deal with that places hold on a cashiers check.

I love this bank. Everyone is kind and friendly. They do have to follow the rules dictated by Chase Manhattan, but for me, with my small accounts, their friendly, welcoming attitude means a great deal. 10/10 in my book

Had a problem closing my late brothers Costco credit card account. Even emailed Jamie Dimon the Chase CEO. Decided to go to my local Chase branch. The branch manager, Carrie Register greeted me on entering the bank. I showed her the email I had sent to her boss because it explained it all. She immediately apologized for the trouble and got Estate division on the phone. 15 minutes later the account was closed and she promised to call me back in a couple of days just to verify it was done. She did exactly that. I'm 67 years old and seldom impressed by anyone. But this is one smart branch manager. If the other branch managers were as smart as her there never would have been a problem. Mr. Dimon this lady is a keeper.
