It was my first time renting a U-Haul and the girl was super helpful with the whole process. Thankfully they had a bunch of moving supplies too because I had forgotten to buy some things beforehand. Overall I'm glad I picked this place ?

Hometown Storage in Battle Ground on Grace Avenue has the greatest hosts!! They were kind courteous and walked me through every detail including walking me to the storage shed and explaining about entrance codes locks etc. This is our 2nd time in 12 years renting from Hometown Storage. Try them you will love them!

You have to pay for a lock that you will never use again in your life. As well it's overpriced go to uhal way cheaper and the locks are universal. Great people on site though

We used this as short term storage during the pandemic while my son was attending college from home. The entire process was very seamless from moving in, updating payment methods and the move out. Christina was very helpful, professional, and responsive! We have used many different storage companies over the years and this was by far, the best storage experience we have had.
