Friendly professional and courteous staff went out of their way to help me. Called several stores to help me identify commercial account.The store was also nice and clean well organized and had lots of cool stuff that I was interested in. Also got a great deal on a tool that I didn't know I needed until I saw it.

The guy at the counter was about as approachable as a cactus on steroids. Not helpful at all was impatient with all customers not that I spend a bunch there but it's the local store I'll start driving the extra 4 MI to go to my O'Reilly Auto parts where everyone greats me with a smile not like I'm a problem or a nuisance

I called this morning and told them I got the wrong tail light bulbs. They needed a voltage regulator, and I didn't want to mess with that. When I called early today he said no problem. We can swap them out, and when I got there the manager said they needed the receipt when I used my phone number. I wasn't asking for money back. I just wanted to swap out them out for the halogen bulbs and get the remainder on a gift card. What's the point in using for your phone when purchasing things if they can't look up your transactions.

My son went into the store and asked Gary if he could borrow a star wrench or something that he could use to tighten the lug nuts on his vehicle. My son was told that he doesn't have anything that he could use but he has stuff that he could buy. He also said that Gary was very rude. I just looked at your site to see what the the lone a tool program states it clearly states that you have a loner tool program and it even mentions torque wrenches and tightening lug nuts which could be done in the parking lot which is where my son was at the time. I asked my son if Gary offered this program and he said no. It's a good thing that the jiffy lube across the street was able to help him get them tight enough to get to lesschwab. Also thank goodness there was no damage caused to my vehicle or that it didnt cause my son to get into a wreck. What happened to having good customer service and helping others out especially when it comes to someone having an issue that could have a catastrophic outcome. You have lost my buisness totally disappointed I use to only go to you guys because of your customer service.

The guy at the Counter was rude no customer service at all he just pointed at where the wider blades should be. Meanwhile there was 3 people working and no one in line there was no reason why he couldn't of shown me them also he said he's not allowed to install rear wiper blades well I went to O raileys and they took good care of me
