I brought my 2012 chevy Silverado to a touch of class to have my sun faded door moldings replaced. I've delt with Jerry in the past . So I brought it to him for a estimate on the cost . It was a fair quote so I chose to move forward . Brought my truck in and the work was done . At 1st inspection when I got home I saw there was over spray (sagging paint) on three of the 4 moldings. It's not my daily driver and it was late so I parked it. The next morning while looking it over I noticed a hole in my mirror molding. I call Jerry and told him about both the over spray and the damage to my mirror . So I brought it in , he denied the damage happened at his shop. I strongly disagreed and told him I know every square inch of my truck and the damage definitely happened while they had my vehicle. ( side note ,take pictures of your vehicle any time you leave your vehicle with any kind of a vendor,preferably in front of them) . He eventually agreed to pay for the damaged mirror . It took 3 months of weekly calls to get my truck in and repaired. While waiting I asked when he was going to take care of the over spray on my molding. He said he would take care of it when they had the truck. While waiting one day I noticed the paint had started chipping off!!! My gosh what a nightmare!! After months Jerry finally had some employee contact me . They only replaced mirror after my mention of small claims court.
So now about the main reason I even brought my vehicle to them ,my molding. If you remember ,he assured me he would fix the paint when he had my truck for the mirror. When I finally got to pick up my truck ,the moldings hadn't been touched . We discussed it again . Said he would take care of very soon . Here I am over a year later with the paint chipping off of all 4 moldings and Jerry won't return any of my messages. Looks like we'll be going to small claims after all. My advice, stay away from this shop if you care about your vehicle!! I will try and post pictures of the shoddy workmanship. Another thing worth mentioning is all the hairline scratches they put all over where molding was installed . You can see them in my photos.

Jerry I'll give you the benefit of the dout and assume you never received the more than 6 attempts to call and text message you over the last 18 months about this issue . I will message you again and attempt to have my vehicle moldings repaired.
I will keep this review updated .
I have high hopes you stand by your work.

Used Touch of Class recently for my BMW M3. They’re a great local company. They helped the best they could with my project, even going out of their way to order new machinery to accommodate my projects needs. Glen and Jerry make things easy and the communication they provide by answering the phones is appreciated.

Daughter needed a car repair. Brought the vehicle in twice to complete the repairs. Both times we brought the car in a few parts were missed on the ordering list. Pushed the completed repair by a day, then two, then pushed to a full week later than expected. Very frustrating and very little communication. We had to be very proactive to call them to see what was happening. They completed the job and we hope that the repair holds and we never have to work with them again. Both of my siblings have used this company. One of them also had some issues and will not be giving them business again. A good company if you don't need your vehicle back in a timely fashion. Each repair time took 2 weeks for it to be completed and quoted around 1 week. One employee yelled over a fence to our daughter and said, "Hey girl!" to get her attention. Not professional at all.

By far one of the best and most friendliest body shops I’ve ever come across, needed my bumper & Grille painted for my new bumper I ordered and they did an outstanding job! Matched the paint perfectly and Gary and Jerry couldn’t have been more helpful and kind during the entire process, VERY PROFESSIONAL and great at what they do ! 10/10 will be coming back for any body work or paint needs and will be recommending them to all my family and friends!

Walked in and inquired about getting some work done to a vehicle of mine. They told me they were only interested in high paying insurance jobs and not my out of pocket paint work. I wonder why car insurance is so expensive now? Really didn't expect terrible customer service from a local small place. Glad I wasted half an hour driving here. Would give zero stars if I could.

Went to AToC after Safelite told me my 1997 Mazda Miata had rust issues that prevented them from replacing the windshield. AToC inspected the car and informed me that there wasn't actually rust that posed an issue. AToC then referred me to an Autoglass repair/replacement shop in Portland, Dr Glassman. Dr Glassman came up to Vancouver and had my windshield and wipers fixed in less than 6 hours after I called them. Overall AToC proved to be very helpful!

Over the last 3 years, I've been slowly restoring my 77 GMC 3X3 pickup. I contacted this shop because it looked like they worked on restoring older vehicles, and I have an older truck in need of new door and window seals. I brought the truck in and these guys were amazing. We went over the truck and I told them rain is coming and I was interested in restoring all the old rubbers and seals. They wrote stuff down and took pictures and then I didn't hear from them for a week. I called and they were awesome on the phone and I was assured they were still tracking down parts. I offered to put money down even though at this point I couldn't even get a quote. That was a month ago without a call. Long story short it's raining tonight and water is getting into my truck so now I'm writing this review.

extremely disappointed in A Touch of Class. I was recommended by a friend, and they got my vehicle in promptly, but when I was given a date it would be finished by I didn't hear anything, the next day I called, they gave me a new date, again waited a few days after that and called and on and on. Finally when it was "finished" I went to pick it up to find my back (trunk) floor matt (2022 RAV4) was missing, I still had scratches all on the inside door panel, I have black grease stains from the workers hands on the top fabric, adhesive stuck on the sides of the outside, a new scratch on the side of the vehicle and on the back bumper and one piece of the back hatch handle still wasn't replaced. They told me that should be in in a few days. That was 2 months ago and every time I call, they say they will call me right back with no response, and I have to call again... and the cycle repeats. I hate complaining but this is ridiculous.Service: Auto rear window replacement
