Went in to purchase some late night snacks while out doing Uber. Asked the cashier to let me use the restroom, he states they were out of service. I grab a few snacks and as I’m waiting to pay someone else comes in and asks to use the restroom, cashier tells him to wait a minute. I leave the store and the cashier hands him the key to use the restroom. Not sure why I wasn’t allowed to use the facilities but someone else could. Oh well I guess.

The person who always attends at this branch is always on the phone and doesn’t pay attention to customers. Every time I come, they are always speaking in their language with headphones on and never paying attention. I asked if I could use the bathroom, and rudely they told me 'No,' even though there was no sign up at the time they were mopping. They should check on their employees.

Went to the fireworks show on July 3rd, everything closes at 10-11pm in town, cashier refused to open the bathroom for my seven year old daughter. Had the nerve to laugh and smile while saying no. Garbage human being, easier to make sure I'm set before I step into battleground

I went in last night to get a pizza cooked and was denied due to “the oven being shut down for the night” even though this has never been an issue at other 711 locations . Today I went in again and 3 of their coffee machines were out of product. I also bought some taquitos and they were rock hard and inedible. This food quality has been a consistent pattern at this location. Ever since this 711 was sold to the current owners the food quality has absolutely plummeted. Either meet the (very low) standard of a gas station or go run a different type of business.

This 7/11 used to have excellent customer service but recently they ignore you while you check out, neglect long lines, and take phone calls literally while checking you out.Total let down

This is the cleanest, most well stocked, well-managed 7-11 I've ever been to. The staff was amazing, attentive and over joyed when I complimented the store. You can tell the employees really take pride in what they are doing.I've read previous reviews, and it sound's like Battle Ground being Battle Ground.Keep up the good work guys, and hang in there, you're doing a great job.

Tonight I went by to buy a Toblerone chocolate bar. The price was listed as $3.59 in the aisle. When I went to check out, it rung up as $4.00. The employee said it was tax included but told me to pay and that he would check if this was true (he might have thought I was lying). Indeed, he acknowledged when he came back that it was $3.59, but said the price had gone up and would not return my money. I do not appreciate being lied to and the printed price not being honored. Integrity is of the highest priority with the businesses I choose to support. It’s not about the money for me, but the dishonesty and unwillingness to make it right. Suffice it to say, I will not be buying at this location anymore.

The biggest & best 7-11 store i've visited to date?. They have amazing options you don't typically encounter in a c-store. Clean restrooms too. Today i made an iced nitro coffee at the coffee bar and it tastes amazing??
