What a beautiful market! My husband and I stopped in here and were surprised at how lovely and cozy this shop is. They have everything! They had zero-proof cocktails, gifts, teas, herbs, and wonderful apothecary items. The staff was very friendly and if we're in the area again, we will be back.

I’m so glad I found this gem of a health food store. I live in Seattle and haven’t found a store with this kind of selection. I’ll be making a trip to the island just to come to this store!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Before I get into it, I'm gonna mitigate the response I know I would receive from you kinds of people. You're going to say that anything that grows from the earth cannot be owned. You would be right. You would also be foolish to use that as a straw man excuse for selling sacred medicine in your sad excuse of a shop. White sage is sacred. Not even all natives can use it. If certain tribes didn't have direct trade with the Southern California tribes (where white sage originated from. It did not grow anywhere else until colonization) then they do not use it, because unlike you, our people have respect for each other and what is sacred. Here are the rules for white sage: it cannot be sold or bought. It must be picked in accordance with the proper ceremonies. It must be obtained as a gift. If any of these rules are broken, you are literally cursing both yourself and anyone that buys it because white sage picks up the energy of the picker and whoever it exchanges hands with. You selling it in your shop is not only the cultural equivalent of selling upside down rubber crosses that say "screw jesus" on them, it also means that actual natives can't use it. Your people have colonized and appropriated our sacred medicine so much that the original tribes that use white sage are refusing to harvest and use it. Because you are driving it into extinction. I cannot properly convey the horror I felt at seeing the massive bundles you had for sale. All other sages are fine!!!!! Stop taking our sacred herbs!!!!! I don't care if your "native friend" said it's ok, get your grubby paws off stuff you shouldn't be touching. With all the news about MMIW, and the residential schools, there's no excuse for your ignorance that YOU benefit from. You are actively hurting an already marginalized group. And enjoy the little something extra I tossed your way on top of the bad energy you already had. Educate yourselves.

Cute health food store mainly offering vitamins and supplements with some cold drinks and kombucha on tap available. They also carry shrubs/cordials which was cool - I hadn't seen that in many stores around here. The staff was nice. I'd go back.

AWESOME Customer Service. I called to see if they carried a supplement my dr recommended. Not only was the staff professional and kind, he went above and beyond to find comparable supplements they sell. It was so nice to feel like someone cared... you don't get that on Amazon. I truly appreciate this gem of a business on Bainbridge Island. Shopping here = feeling like my health matters to them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer experience

I'd been to the store pre-COVID, but bc I have severe health issues, I had not been able to shop in-store since February, when I was advised to stay home. I follow them on Instagram and noticed they said they deliver/do curbside pickup and that we could order by messaging them. I was so excited bc I had been wanting a pink salt lamp and had hesitated to buy one bc I hate giving Amazon any more $ than is absolutely necessary. Anyway, they made the shopping experience a pleasure (sending me photos of all the product options) and a breeze by calling me to take payment, and even delivering directly to my door with no contact drop off, and then there was a teeny thing with an item I had purchased (not their fault, just a variation) and they came to my house again to exchange it, no problem and so kind. I love the energy of this place (and used to cherish going in person when I could) but I was so blown away and touched by their accommodation and effort to make their customers happy, I just had to come here and tell everyone. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. I love my lamps so so much, and I really cherish this funky little place.

This review is for the kombucha on tap window located right next to Willowtree Health Market. I love that they have their own little kombucha booth with different kombuchas on tap. The kombuchas were originally made at either Mystic kombucha from Seattle or local Iggy's brewery from the island. I got the Old World Ginger kombucha which was comprised of jun, ginger root, lemon zest, cinnamon, star anise, and other spices - all organic. He got the Pineapple + Ginger kombucha which he described as a little too Apple cider vinegary for his liking. Between the two kombuchas, we concluded Old World Ginger was the tastiest.
