Kelly working 4/7/24 an after dinner shift on Sunday was the most helpful employee I've encountered in a very long time and should be promoted. He helped me find a hard to find item but he didn't get much help from the Walgreens site he used with no aisle number it's not helpful. He had lots to do restocking, cashier, helping customers doing it all. an elderly women with the rest of her bill before I had my own wallet out. When I asked if I could reimburse him he said it's again store policy.

My husband, who has MS, went to Urgent Care yesterday on Bainbridge Island and was told he had bacterial infection of his foot and she prescribed an antibiotic for him. We waited for the call for 5 hours that it was filled at Walgreens to no avail. My husband called them and was put on hold for 50 minutes and he finally hung up. He went there this Saturday morning and they are closed for two days. My husband was told by the doctor that if he didn't get results from the antibiotic after a few days, he would have to go into the hospital and get IV therapy. So now it will be 3 days before the antibiotic RX is even filled! We will never go to Walgreens again. This is totally unacceptable!

Don’t pick up their phones and their hours are awful

I've attempted to call the pharmacy several times. After finally waiting on hold 45 min, the phone rang several times then the call disconnected. I was trying to transfer an RX but apparently they don't want my business. Totally absurd.

Disconnected five times over a two hour period by both the pharmacy and the store. This store shouldn't offer a phone number if there's no intention to answer calls.

We just transferred all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I was literally on hold with the pharmacy for 40 minutes trying to call them because the app said I needed to call them about a specific prescription. After 40 minutes, someone picked up the line and set the phone receiver on the counter. I could hear all the background noise of their work and chatter. They left the phone off the hook on purpose not knowing I was on the line. I hollered "hello!!" a bunch of times but no one answered. And this was not the first time this has happened. They also have the worst hours. Not even open on weekends. So frustrating.

Yep, no one works there, this pharmacy is a joke, etc. just as everyone else has already stated. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone, my doctor's office couldn't get through either, WOW. What a joke. I wouldn't be so angry about this if this was a bubble gum shop, but they are a pharmacy. I simply expect MUCH better service than this, which is equal to zero.

Always understaffed. I've currently been on hold for...38 minutes and 5 seconds to ask if a prescription will be ready before they close. (update: on hold for 47 minutes and 35 seconds - at this point I'm just curious). Update 2: 54 minutes and 2 seconds...still on hold :) Update 3: Broke the one hour mark!

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to and consistently strives to maintain the prestigious title.

No one works here. This location is comically understaffed. I've been trying to fill a prescription for some time now with no luck. When I call I'm on a hold for anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes IF they answer and then they can't answer my questions. When I come in person I wait for 10 to 30 minutes, and then they can't answer my questions. The non-pharmacist people working here don't know how to use the systems and are rude or defensive when I ask questions. I don't get consistent text message updates on my prescription. My prescription disappears from my online account. They offer a delivery service, but no one knows how it works, so if you opt into it, your prescription just sits in a doordash bin for days. The only reason I'm still coming to this pharmacy is because the next closest Walgreens is a 40 minute drive from my house.

Pharmacist would not refill 2 days early, but now decided to close on Saturday for 2 days. This lack of foresight could place some in danger. I'll lose 2 days of sleep , but want about the elderly, or handicapped? Those who rely on their pharmacist?

I am transferring my prescriptions to CVS in Poulsbo. Less convenient but this pharmacy is a joke. They discontinued Saturday hours (a non-starter for those of us who work in Seattle 9-5) and there was a very long line there yesterday. But the drive-through was getting great service! Then the tech got in a snarky back and forth about the Saturday closures in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional.

I went to return four items but they couldn’t scan the receipt, so they wouldn’t process the return. They said they could enter the numbers manually for the four items, and even though no one else was in line behind me, refused to do it because it was too much effort. In short, I was denied a refund based on laziness.

This place is poorly run. It's not the fault of the people that work there. They are perpetually understaffed and understocked. Don't go here is my advice.
