Update - i contacted customer service and they immediately shipped a replacement projector to me. Their service was excellent and i will use them again in the future!A note of caution, please read the return instructions carefully before touching your packaging. I inadvertently created a potential problem for myself. I removed the original shipping label so as not to confuse fedex when they picked the package. My return instructions said not to remove the original label and to place the rerurn label over the top...I just received the darbee Optoma projector in the mail from visual Apex. I can't believe they sold me a used projector and didn't tell me. I'm very disappointed. I would have never agreed to a used projector and they never said a word but this projector has clearly been installed previously. It's a Saturday and they're closed all weekend so I'm not sure what they're going to say when I call them on Monday.Really disappointed...
