Always such great service at the counter here! They keep it moving even when customers are superslow and don't have their packaged wrapped well. The postal workers are soooo patient.

This is the friendliest, most helpful and efficient neighborhood US Post Office I have ever used. The staff is always patient and kind and speedy, all features we appreciate in a post office.

They are the worse place to have a PO Box. Always loosing packages and never admitting to doing wrong. They put mail in my box that isn't even mine and put my mail in others boxes. Ashamed they are considered an American agency.

This review is directed at the Winslow office and the USPS in general. I run a small business that involves frequent shipping, most of which I accomplish through clink-n-ship online postage and drop off at the Winslow post office. Now and then I have brief interactions with Winslow staff at the drop off window, who are invariably pleasant and helpful in those short exchanges. I receive mail at my residential mail box and, to date, that service has always been carried out with diligence and consistency.I have reasons to use all major US shipping companies depending on the size, shape, and insured value of the item. I've noticed over the last five years that USPS shipping times have accelerated, in some cases outcompeting UPS or Fedex. In the last 12-18 months, USPS shipping times have been, on average, far faster than the other two corporate services while remaining less expensive. USPS also has better shipping protection options, and their package insurance is at least as reliable as their competitors. As someone who has reason to compare the three big US shippers on a regular basis, as far as I am concerned, USPS is dominating the market right now in terms of service, speed, security, and convenience. Keep up the excellent work, USPS!Update 4/2/2022: I mailed a prelabeled Priority package from Bainbridge Island P.O. to a small-town OH private residence. It was accepted by the P.O. at 3 PM on March 31 and delivered at 3 PM on April 2. Two days from BI to OH! That, like most of my shipments from this P.O., moved lightning fast. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.

This post office is in desperate need of repair, but I get that that isn't the fault of this location in and of itself. Sending out mail is always pretty easy to do, and the staff behind the counter are helpful and kind. They have to deal with a lot and in a building without proper climate control. USPS needs to seriously renovate this building or at least fix the broken door and lack of heat and A/C.

A cute, cozy post office if I've ever seen one. We had a handful of Naw Ruz greetings to mail off to family and friends around the world, and happened to be enjoying a beautiful spring day on Bainbridge at the same time. We stopped in, waited briefly for our turn, mailed our cards, bought extra stamps and were on our way. It was efficient, easy and the person working behind the counter was helpful and friendly. There was really nothing overwhelming - positive or negative - about the experience. It just was. And it was fine, pleasant, simple.

I received a letter bomb through this service, would not recommend.

Just moved to the island in June of this year. I get it that the house numbers are out of sync, but apparently their mail carriers can't even read numbers on a mailbox nor on the house. Apparently they gave a certified letter from the IRS to the wrong address. . .but what is more worse, the person SIGNED IT ANYWAY! It will be a week since we kept complaining at the office about this letter. All we get is, "the carrier couldn't get a hold of the house with your letter." that doesn't fn help at all. I see that you're hiring again. Please make sure your new hires can pass a reading test!

I was on Bainbridge and walked by this post office on a Sunday. It wasn't open but the post office was in a nice location on the main strip. I did not use the post office nor did I interact with anyone who works here so I can't comment on the customer service. This review is based on the location and the setting around the post office, which is gorgeous.

I had to get my license permit three separate times because they kept sending back to the DMV. Apparently my first name is the last name of the previous owner of my house, and that was wayyyyyy too hard to understand so nothing ever got delivered

Absolutely hands down the worst. Never an issue with UPS, FED EX, ON TRAC. Never had an issue with USPS anywhere else I have lived, in this county and across the country. A total of over 25 years on Bainbridge, multiple addresses, always an issue with delivery. Currently Aug 3, waiting on a package. Supposed "attempted delivery" July 13 according to tracking. Never a knock, or notice. I was home, stay at home orders!, as was my son. No phone number for local office, just 800# I called, all automated, and it had me set up a delivery date. Set up for Aug 1. Home all day. Nothing. I now need to walk to office, 4 miles round trip, to see if they are sitting on my package. Again, like said, this is only the latest in ongoing delivery issues with 98110, Bainbridge/Winslow office.

Terrible delivery service. Our carrier delivered a Juris Doctor diploma, which was very conspicuously noted on the envelope "DO NOT FOLD: USPS CERTIFIED FLAT", inside our mailbox folded directly in half... doing your job with a little pride can go a long way for other people depending on your services.

I've had a PO Box in this post office location for 18 months and am very happy with the service. Counter personnel are friendly and efficient. They even know my name and PO Box # when asked to retrieve packages. So I actually enjoy going to the post office and appreciate their service.

I called in with an issue, and hoping that I would be able to have a USPS team member assist me. I couldn’t be more grateful for Ron’s help. He listened to my circumstances and was thorough in helping me through the shipping process. Thank you for all that you do!
