Elizabeth, the UPS Associate, provided me with extraordinary customer service. She helped retrieve the heavy parcel from my car and went through extra hoops to get the correct third party return label for me. I couldn’t have managed the shipment without her.

The service and staff at this UPS store was exceptional. Duncan responded to email and phone professionally and quickly. We had an unusual delivery issue and they helped sort out the problem very quickly!! I would definitely use this store for any shipping needs.

Went to get some docs notarized. Young gentleman was very friendly and professional. Explained the process to us and handled the whole transaction promptly. My wife and I were very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend this store.

We are so fortunate to have this UPS store as well as the store in Poulsbo. Great hours and location, friendly service. We have shipped so many packages from there, of all sizes - even canvas art, and never any damage. They also accept Amazon returns which is very handy. Check out their rack of greeting cards. Last time I actually laughed out loud because they were so funny and just had to buy one of each.

I recently used the BI UPS store to get a package delivered next day. Unfortunately it took two days for the package to get delivered. I went back to the store to see what they could do for me. Instead of refunding the difference, they provided a full refund! They went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciated their customer focus and highly recommend this business.

After visiting this location a number of times, my last experience will make my most recent visit my last one at this store. This store is poorly managed, has marginal and unfriendly customer service, and always looks in disarray and unprofessional with boxes and junk everywhere. It makes you wonder how they treat your packages that may contain delicate items. I have had one package shipped from this store damaged in transit. I was told I couldn't ship a recent parcel because the box had beer labeling on the outside, even though there was no alcohol inside and the box was certified for shipping heavy items. I had previously shipped a similarly marked box at this location without any problems. Every time I have gone to this store I feel like the attitude is one of them doing me a favor. I would recommend taking your UPS shipments to Poulsbo. The store is staffed with very friendly, helpful, and competent staff.

They charge $6 for a roll of tape and $1 for printing Amazon return label. Other stores wanted to see the content and tape boxes up for us. All that is fine if the person behind the counter doesn't make customer feels like they don't want us to come in. Long line and long wait too. Terrible service!

Poor notary service. My husband called today and inquired about notary availability. He was told the notary’s hours were 12-4pm. I came in around 1pm, waited in line, and was then told the notary was in the middle of a phone call and then had some “fingerprinting” to do. I was told it would be a half hour wait at least. I opted to go home and came back at 3:15pm. I was told that the notary was now on his lunch break, which would mean a half hour wait again. I fully understand everyone needs a lunch break but the bottom line was that the notary wasn’t available twice in his stated working hours. If there is a lunch hour, that should have been communicated earlier. So, if you need notary services, look elsewhere.
