Such a lovely shop, beautiful items and clothing. Sadly the ladies working in the store were unfriendly and self absorbed. I had several items I was ready to buy, but with zero customer service and not one person acknowledging my presence, I left empty handed.

Fabulous 1st time experience! We stopped in to look for a rain jacket & purse as I’m from out of town, headed to Africa & forgot a rain jacket. Not only was the owner exceptionally nice & helpful, finding me just what I needed, but she offered me 10% off when I shared about my trip & that I was going to help refugees. It was generous & kind of her to offer that all on her own, definitely was not expecting that. We enjoyed the shop & the ambience & were pleasantly surprised to find just what I needed! We’ll be back for sure! We appreciate small kindnesses like that in todays world, for sure. We also love to support small, locally owned businesses like Plum.

Tucked away in an alley off Winslow, Plum is a charming selection of clothes, housewares and gifts, all high quality and beautifully presented. Staff are super helpful also.

Terrific communication even when I gave a wrong address for delivery they still made it happen. This is what small local business is all about. Can't wait to visit the store in person.

Plum is the PERFECT place to pick up that special gift for yourself or someone else! Theresa, the owner has an amazing eye and her store has a sweet, zen, peaceful, curated feel. My favorite shop on Bainbridge Island. Great collection of fun, classy, and aesthetically pleasing gifts. From books to plants to clothes to jewelry to lots of other really cool stuff. My wife and I have bought each other a variety of great birthday and Christmas gifts here over the years. I love stopping by periodically just to see what kinds of fun new items they have and to enjoy the great vibe!

Plum is my favorite boutique on Bainbridge Island. I lost one of my favorite earrings and so re-ordered a pair and they were similar, but larger. I was happy, but there were two surprises in the package. Knowing they were no longer carrying the smaller ones I had, they include yet another pair to make sure I was happy and a beautiful heart soap. Great customer caring! And they shipped very quickly. A great day trip to Bainbridge always includes Plum, the art gallery and great restaurants, plus more!
