My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dee Pajak at Fairway. She went above and beyond to help us with our loan. She was communicative, clear/concise, responsive, and honest. There were a few unexpected curveballs during our loan process and she guided us every step of the way. Dee made everything run very smoothly. She exceeded expectations and her wealth of knowledge and experience helped us close on our first home. Dee works quick, efficient, and smart. Dee and her team were amazing to work with! They helped me close on my new house in 2 weeks which is unheard of!! Dee answered every question I had and walked me through every step in terms I could understand. The communication and professionalism was unmatched! Dee provided updates all along the way to both myself, my agents, and the seller's agents. I feel like I made a new friend as she was so supportive and celebrated with me when my offer was chosen. Dee was so amazing to work with and I can't say enough good things about her. My partner and I were first time home buyers and she walked us through everything explaining it in a way that made it easy to understand. She was so quick to get in touch with us if she needed anything from us and equally as quick to respond to any questions we had. Dee is funny, personable and most important of all trustworthy. We were nervous starting this process but Dee made us feel very comfortable each step of the way. The process was so smooth and dare I say easy?? Our realtor (who didn't previously work with Dee) even started recommending her to clients. Would definitely recommend working with Dee.

Dee is trustworthy and transparent about the entire lending process. She makes sure to give you all the facts and wants to make sure this is the best financial move for you before starting the process. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. It was very easy to get in touch with Dee and she was always available to answer any questions. Once the final CD was finished, she made sure to call and go over it page by page to make sure there weren't any surprises. Even when the Title company was not on top of their process, Dee made sure to follow up and keep them accountable to make sure I closed on time. I highly recommend Dee and her Fairway team!

Dee was professional and very responsive in helping me and my wife secure a mortgage to buy our first house. She followed back up with us almost a year later when mortgage rates dropped to offer us the possibility to refinance. When we ran the number on the refinance it didn't save us as much as either of us were hoping for, so we didn't end up refinancing but she wasn't acting like a "salesmen" and was more of a "advisor". Overall highly recommended.
