Connie was most accommodating in doing a rush resizing of an heirloom wedding ring set. She took the time to tell and show me all about the rings, which was an unexpected treat for all. Her personal customer service and her beautiful jewelry designs make the store an absolute delight! It is the perfect place for updating something old and/or buying something new. Can't wait to go back to shop!

Connie has worked on and restored two of my family heirloom rings. Most recently a band and setting repair of my grandmother's wedding ring. I can't think of anyone else I'd trust more to do this work.

Connie was a dream to work with! I had some stones, and some inherited gold that I wanted to make into a bespoke piece, and she patiently helped me to work through my ideas, to settle on the perfect approach. I really appreciated her 'small' suggestions, like polishing my stone to create a more symmetric shape that would be easier to set, and then the perfect pair of uniquely shaped stones to set on the sides. I really could not love my piece more, and appreciate Connie's kindness, and patience. I also really appreciated the casting process that provided the confidence to know / understand what the finished piece would look like. 10/10 would highly recommend, and will be back for any future custom work I need help with!

We got our wedding rings many, many years ago, and as we have aged, they no longer fit. We went to Connie to have our rings re-sized. Picked them up last week and were thrilled with the results. The additional gold and silver were added in such a way that the re-sizing is seamless. The rings were cleaned, polished, and now fit perfectly. The work is impeccable! Her new jewelry designs are gorgeous too. Connie is a great person and so fun to work with. I can not imagine going anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend Connie Castellano.

I just love working with Connie! She's redone several pieces of jewelry for me that I am so, so happy with. She has designed and fabricated beautiful new pieces using my stones and metal.The new rings and pendants she designed for me are lovely and fit my lifestyle perfectly.My experience with Connie has been to know her as a creative, talented, patient and knowledgable artist. Working with her is very collaborative and I enjoy that immensely. I feel so lucky to have Connie in our community - she, herself is a gem.

My fiancé and I stopped in as we were visiting the area to get her engagement ring cleaned. One of the best experiences I have had with a Jewler. She was full of knowledge and referred us to a jewelry appraisers in our area. Visiting her shop and the short time we spent with her was one of the highlights of our day.

I am absolutely in love with my necklace. It was a family heirloom that she treated with utmost respect, even giving us the interesting history of the piece itself. She had my best interests in mind the entire time, and my family and I are very pleased with the final product.

Connie has done beautiful work in repairing an antique piece from my MIL, kindly and quickly found replacement earrings after I lost my favorite pair, and resized rings to accommodate arthritic changes. She's been an 'island treasure' for years!

I just had an amazing consultation with Connie Castellano in which she looked through my inherited estate jewelry and provided suggestions for how I can repurpose certain items into pieces I will wear. As to others which--while special--aren't ones that I'm likely to want to hang on to, she gave me an excellent referral for someone who might be able to help me with their disposition.Connie is incredibly knowledgable, and after our consultation, I felt as if a weight had been lifted. I have a much better awareness of the value of my items, which will enable me to make informed decisions. I also left with some fun and creative ideas of how to "evolve" my jewelry.Connie is a true pro--and just a delight to deal with!

We sought to combine two family rings into a wedding set for us. This was my first time working with a jeweler to create something special and it couldn’t have gone better. After hearing from others who trusted no one else with their jewelry, I’m so so glad I came to Castellano. Connie treated my family pieces with care and love. She also worked with my mom for an extra surprise for me to wear on my wedding day! I cried happy tears when we got the final pieces, they were perfect.
