“It got the car clean quickly for a reasonable price. Our vehicle had a lot of grime on it after not being washed for nearly a year. We did the “Beary Best” wash with Rain-X and were generally happy with the results. It did miss a few areas in the crevices on the back of our hatchback and in the crevices of the wheels, but it still beats washing the car by hand!”

“Reasonably priced and not a roll-through wash. There IS a roll through wash by brown bear just down the street but this one is great for spraying your car down or vacuuming. Since it's a little hidden it's not super busy usually, too.”
“My car was damaged at the car wash after a miscommunication. Trish, the site manager, was great to deal with and made sure that all the damage was paid for by BrownBear.”
“I'm sad that our brown bear in bremerton got rid of the token use. Now having to use your card after every 4 minutes or so is kind of annoying and price went up a bit. I understand that the business is keeping up with the kinds though. I do still go once in a while. The new car washers do a good job at cleaning your vehicle.More adventures to come. “I love their service here. The machine can sometimes take a quarter or two, but other than that, I can wash a duelwheel 3500 no problem here at the self-serve wash. The no duel wheel drive-in car wash is pretty cool it's like going on a roller coaster in your own vehicle.”

“I love this place! Their snack and soft drink game is STRONG. If you drink alcohol - they also have a whole walk-in beer room - and a few wines in cans (very slim choice - but still). Cheaper than grocery stores! They have icees and hot dogs that are actually pretty good. Easy in and out for gas! The staff is nice - they don’t go over the top - they are just real people who are providing us a good service!”

“I don't pay much attention to gas stations, I'll admit. However, I tend to be an early-riser and a couple of years ago I started grabbing coffee when I fueled up at this particular spot. I would see the same man at the cash register, Harold. Many times while I was paying for coffee, Harold would be joking with a number of their patrons as they breezed in and out. Debating politics, religion, fashion, you name it. All in a 10-second clip. Always with a smile and a hardy laugh. Joining in the discussions many times is the manager, Kathy, who appears deceptively shy at first blush. The two of them will raise the roof with a rousing round of Jeopardy-worthy knowledge of world events, science and DIY tips! It's my favorite way to start my morning when I'm filling up my coffee cup. Come in for the gas, the coffee and the thoughtful discourse.”
“I see a lot of complaints, but the place is actually pretty good. Go down the road and pay double for a pretty sign. Things break, but they fix them pretty quick here. I always use it when in town... good basic DIY carwash.”

“My first time having my car detailed. The job included every aspect, piece and part of the interior of my Subaru Forrester. I really appreciated having all of the window and door seals cleaned as well. The young man who did the work was outstanding - both in person and work ethic.It was also easy to schedule the appointment.
