Service was great, $12/pound taffy was not made correctly. At room temp every piece stuck to the wrapper...

We weren’t really greeted and for the most part greatly ignored until we checked out. They had no problem talking to other people though.

I have been visiting the store for many years (almost yearly or more frequent), unfortunately the last visit was the most disappointing. I was told due to pandemic (which no matter what you think about what was happening ended a few years ago) they only carry prepackaged cubes at $6. I am not sure what is the weight of these, and how they are cut to make them exactly even for the handmade product. The shop assistants cannot provide samples (I guess apart from 1 samples de jour, which might not be what one wants). I bought walnut, pecans, when previously these were packed with nuts, I hardly can find a half of a nut in the cube. Additionally, the cubes are very soft, meaning the ingredients have been change to cheap version. Sad that such Bainbridge staple has deteriorated to hardy edible version of itself.

All sweets for the kiddos and adults alike! Kind of pricy, but nice little store. Man and lady were friendly!

Funny how so many remote locations or small towns always have that randomly placed candy shop. Visiting a candy shop wasn't on my itinerary, but it was a welcome coincidence walking into Bon Bon Candies. At the front of the shop, they have a full display of different chocolate and fudge flavors. On each wall of the store, you can find sour candies of all kinds, chocolate covered nuts, and chocolate bars imported from different parts of the world. I walked out of the store buying dark chocolate cashews, rainbow sour strips, and a caramel cashew bar. Nuts and chocolate are an unmatched sweet and savory combo. For the dark chocolate cashews, each mouthful started off with the bitterness and sweetness of the chocolate, ending with a salty crunch from the nuts. I liken the rainbow strips to those of the airheads sour candies, but softer in texture, pleasantly sour, and more delightfully sugary. The caramel cashew bar was quite unique for me. It combined the smoothness of caramel with the creaminess that you get from breaking down the cashew pieces. Honestly, you can't go wrong with many of the selections at Bon Bon Candies. It makes for a great holiday gift!

Stopped in here on a whim. Picked up a few candies and some fudge. The chocolate-peanut butter fudge was incredible. Smooth texture, just the right amount of firmness. It was heavenly—some of the best I have ever had, and I say that without exaggeration. I also picked up some haystacks and a couple of the big peanut butter cups—both were hits with the folks I shared them with. I will definitely stop in again next time I’m on Bainbridge!

Walked in and loved how it is arranged. Fudge and chocolate and gummies and taffies. Excited to try their truffles. If for some reason they disappoint I'll change the rating. Staff was so friendly and proud of their products.

This is our second time through Bainbridge. And our second time getting fudge. Their variety is the best I've seen. All the ones I've tasted are awesome. Great customer service!!!

This is a cute little candy/fudge shop in Bainbridge Island. They have some pretty cool fudge flavors and candy that I've never heard of, as well as some of the classic candies from my childhood, including Lemon Heads and Fireballs! We bought a bunch and ate it throughout our time in Seattle. The employees were very helpful and let us try some samples as well!

Rating 5.0 TLDR: I'll come to Bainbridge JUST for their sea salt caramel dark chocolate bars. It was very flavorful, and one of the best desserts I had in Seattle. Not TLDR: if there's one thing you try in Bainbridge, it's this: a sea salt caramel dark chocolate bar from Bon Bon. Make a lunch or dinner plan, take a ferry, and look forward to this for dessert or with morning coffee. You won't regret it. It's full of flavor but not overwhelming. Each bite is better than the last, and you will be wanting more when it's gone. I dream of this chocolate bar.
