Very enjoyable Stay! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. No problem, too small. Lobby closes at 1030 p.m., our keys demagnetized, and they were able to quickly correct the issue.Thoughtful house staff! Saw a potential need, and they were aware enough to politely ask to solve the problem.

We booked two rooms a year in advance. I called two weeks before the event to cancel one of the rooms and spoke with the hotel manager. Two days before the event I received an email from the hotel manager stating that my reservation had been cancelled because there was no credit card on file. When I called, she said they had tried to reach me. I had no missed calls or emails from them other than the single room cancellation email I received two weeks prior! This happened to another guest as well that same weekend! You could however, book a room there last minute for $999 (advertised). I would NEVER recommend this hotel with that kind of customer service.Noteworthy details: Double check, triple check your cc is on file. If not, you will be out of luck!

So far - so good! I have worked with GM Christine and Donald at the front desk for a work related reservation. It has had a multiple changes, from us, and Christine and Donald could not have been more accommodating! Communication, on the phone and email has been good - sometimes slow to respond via email but always good!I have read the other reviews and will post again once I get feedback on the stay itself. For now, I would recommend this place and wish them the best with a new transition.

Our first night was not comfortable and since then the hotel provided us with better pillows and the service is fantastic. I want to call out the people who have been so charming and helpful in making our stay super plesant. Natasha - She runs the kitchen in the morning and does a bunch of other stuff. She is super sweet and has kept the food area stocked, clean and delicious. She does an amazing job and always offers up solutions. Alissa - She is at the front desk and has been kind, informative and has made our stay great. I hope both of these great human beings are here when we return. Still, the bed needs an upgrade and nicer pillows would make it a 4-5.

It's a convenient competitive priced spot for the area. The staff was nice. Overall the place is well kept. My car was secure in a garage, and that was a major plus.The downside. My room smelled awful. Like immediately windows open, "wth" is that smell awful (maybe the carpet?). The room was tiny. The bed creaked and settled just when I sat on it. The shower pan was poorly planned and the curtain didn't match, don't leave your clothes on the floor, used all the bathroom towels just to take 1 shower, as not to flood the place. It was a modern room and I didn't hate it, just nothing special. An adorable island retreat! Close to all things great for kids-pizza, fast food, parks, and grocery! Clean, cute, and the breakfast is great! Loved the informative patient staff-and any place willing to provide water and snacks to guests is a RARE FIND, these days! Rooms have kitchenettes which make this great stay for kids! Needs a large hot tub in the courtyard, but it has EVERYTHING else.

Very disappointing experience with this hotel. The first room they checked me into smelled like dirty socks. I opened the window and went for a walk- came back and it smelled just as bad. Got switched to a different room which smelled better but not great. The beds are creaky and uncomfortable. The carpet is weirdly sticky. The couch in the suite has no cushion covers and is unusable. I was very tempted to check out after one day but I decided to go with it because I had things I wanted to do on the island.After a full day of activities I came back really needing to use the bathroom and my keycards didn't work. Had to wait 20 minutes while other people checked in before I could get them fixed. Now I'm worried they will stop working again. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. If I come back to Bainbridge Island, I'll be staying in an air BNB. The price is absolutely outrageous for the quality of the rooms and premises.

We've stayed in hotels, motels and everything in between and this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The room was dirty and smelled musty and the toilet wouldn't flush half the time. When we asked to move the staff was kind and tried to be accommodating but the manager was rude and refused to work with us. Completely unprofessional!There's plenty of lovely AirBnbs on Bainbridge, no need to stay at this dump!

This place was great for a last-minute stay! The front desk agent was able to match an online third party rate for us so we could book directly with them. We then got upgraded to a room type that more suited our needs (2 beds instead of 1 bed and pullout sofa). The lobby also had free soft drinks, juice, water, and light snacks available until 10pm. In the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was restocked beautifully. Would def stay here again if in town!

Well, I'm leaving a review, even though we have yet to even stay here! We have paid in advance, a three night stay for nearly $400, and the confirmation email says to feel free to call the motel; if questions or concerns arise... I did have a couple of questions, which did not get answered; due to the fact that apparently, the front desk staff informed me that they were too busy, with customers, to take the time to respond and be hospitable. This is the HOSPITALITY business after all; that is YOUR NUMBER ONE JOB! ?And furthermore, I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!! I HAVE PAID A MONTH IN ADVANCE, AND CAN'T EVEN GET ANY SERVICE!!I will be leaving another review; once we have arrived, and stayed our reservation. I dare to think what kind of customer service or hospitality awaits us! ?

We had a lovely stay at the Marshall Suites. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by a welcoming lobby, clean room, and all the amenities I look for when traveling. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch.

Was looking forward to the get away for new years, and taking a little nap before and some strange couple walked into my room, they had access to my room, what if my wife or myself were just out of the shower. Went down 3 times to get new keys have it all reset and nothing.And now we made plans for NYE and leaving the hotel not knowing if anyone else be coming in my room with all my belongings here or if this issue is fixed.

This was a nice little basic hotel.Pros:-free grab n go breakfast included bagels, yogurt, coffee, hot oatmeal, juice, milk, fresh fruit, and cereal. - parking garage with card entry-located next to a shopping center, including, Safeway, gas station, Starbucks, and restaurants. Cons:-room wasn't cleaned next to the desk so there were a-tips and trash between the desk and the wall-I'm pretty sure the hide-a-bed couch was not cleaned either because when we unfolded it for my oldest child, there were crumbs on it. -not enough towels for 4 people and no wash cloths- no extra garbage bags in the trash cans which would have been helpful since we stayed for 2 nights. -the stairs do not lead to the lobby. Only access is with the elevator so it can get full quickly.

This place just set a new low in my entire hotel experience!We stayed one night on the island to attend a swim competition the next morning. Since we were with two kids, we booked a room with two queen beds one month prior to the date on their official website. We received the confirmation email with dates and charges.Upon check-in, the receptionist told us they did not have any room with two beds. We showed him the confirmation email, but he said it wouldn't work because he did not have the room. He then explained that it wasn't him but the computer sent the email so it wasn't his fault. We told him it wouldn't work that's why we paid a lot more and reserved the room in advance. The guy was extremely unprofessional. He told us we needed to pay regular double price to get two rooms, or we could find somewhere else to stay. He did not show even the slightest apology but kept saying rude words implying "Yes you reserved, but we don't have it. What are u gonna do about it?"We tried to speak to the manager but couldn't find any person or any number to reach other than the guy at the front desk. The kids were very sleepy so we have to take the room and squeeze into the only bed plus a teeny tiny sofa. We left our email and number and requested that the manager call us the next day. Nothing happened.Other than the ridiculous rude manner and irresponsibility, we found the place very dirty. The trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The elevator was full of dirt. The guy at the front desk is the only person at the site. There was not extra blanket in the room. We requested additional ones. The guy came up with the blankets and pillows and complained what a heavy load he had to carry.We hope the owner of this hotel can read this review and do something about the awful management.

A joke. First of all no one is at the front desk. I call out and a lady was washing dishes comes out to check us in. She gives us a room and when we get in the room there are no covers, sheets or pillows on the bed and it had not been cleaned. We go back down with all our luggage. She gives us a different room. We lug out stuff back up. Now the card entry does not work. Incompetence. Finally 3 rooms later we settle in. After dinner out I take a shower to find a long black hair on the shower floor and wall. Disgusting. Finally the next morning I complained and the manager had a give a crap attitude. This was also supposed to be a free night due to my award status. They charged me full price, but later corrected it. Never again. Under staffed and poorly trained.
