Very enjoyable Stay! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. No problem, too small. Lobby closes at 1030 p.m., our keys demagnetized, and they were able to quickly correct the issue.Thoughtful house staff! Saw a potential need, and they were aware enough to politely ask to solve the problem.

We had a lovely stay at the Marshall Suites. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by a welcoming lobby, clean room, and all the amenities I look for when traveling. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch.

I have been coming here for years and the hotel and staff are always great (5 Star)! Great location with food and bar options and even a Starbucks across the street. Very walkable to downtown Winslow for an array of other options as well. This is the only place we choose to stay when visiting Bainbridge Island!
