Amazing service, they were able to get people out for a quick unload on a U-Haul same day, within 30min of when I called. Von was personable, professional, and quick. Will absolutely be calling them again for any future moves.

Coast movers provided me an estimate, scheduled me for my preferred moving date and time, the men arrived on time, everyone was extremely professional and very nice to work with. They did an amazing and fast job. The move was done in record time (3 hours!) and came in under the original estimate. I'd recommend coast movers to anyone! This was the best moving experience I've had.

I first inquired about moving with Poulsbo Coast Movers via phone and the owner responded right away. We discussed moving my mother in law from her house in Poulsbo, minutes away from where google maps has their location at, to a storage unit in Silverdale. The owner then sent me an email with an overview of what we discussed, most notably that an hour would be included for travel. Okay I figured from their shop in Poulsbo and then from the storage unit in Silverdale back to Poulsbo rounded up, that makes sense. The movers come day of early, do their thing, and I was very impressed. They were careful yet quick and efficient. I was very pleased with that part of the service. When it comes time to pay however, they tell me they are charging me two hours for travel time. Normally I wouldn’t have signed or paid until we cleared it up but I had my infant daughter with me who I had out all day that needed to be taken home for a nap and I figured the owner, the nice professional guy who returned my call so quickly before would do the right thing and rectify the situation.Not so. I have left multiple voicemails and emails and I have only been able to speak to one of the movers and he informed me they came from gig harbor. Why would I have booked movers from gig harbor for a Poulsbo move? Especially since the correspondence with the owner said one hour drive time.I am really disappointed I gave these people my business specifically, Jonathon Sheridan, the owner. The whole dealing has been incredibly shady. Future customers, beware.

Here are the facts. They showed up 1.5 late. Everything was packed and ready to go. Sam provided an estimate that it would take 6 hours which seemed generous considering it is only 25 minutes away we are moving. I told them the #1 priority was the treadmill piano and a few other large items and if it didn'tall fit in one load to leave smaller items and I wouldtake those. Sam was confident they could fit it all in. A couple of hours in I noticed none of the priority items I had requested had been packed and Sam again said it would all fit. Shortly thereafter everything stopped and the team stood around doing very little for a couple of hours as Sam tried to fit it all in. Af6 hours and the truck still was not loaded I asked them to please just take what they had and come back for the priority items. None of which were yet packed. They took 1.5 hours to drive 25 min. And then 3 hours to unload. They then had to return to pick up the item I had asked them to pick up at first. To make a much longer story shorter, they took 16 hours to move what was estimated to take 6. When questioned as to why, Sam just said this happens Sometimes. They then proceeded to charge me by hour. To their credit, they knocked off 1.5 hours and reduced the rate slightly, but we still ended up paying more than 2x the expected amount. To add to it. When finishing up at 3AM, they would not leave until they figured out how much to charge and demanding payment on the spot. I would not recommend to anyone.

I have used Local Movers three times in the past two years. The company is outstanding. They are reasonable, show up on time, answer all phone calls and questions quickly, and have an excellent moving team. I used Johnny each time. He is very professional, friendly, and hard-working. He treated my father with great courtesy and new how to really make him feel great. I will always use this moving company and Johnny and his crew any chance I get. Each of his team members were outstanding through all three moves. I highly recommend this company!

These movers were awesome! They showed up right at 9am and had my belongings packed organized in box truck. Then unloaded within 2 hours. I was very impressed with the 3 man crewI ended up tipping them for their hard work.

Giod costumer service however the movers were vary lazy, they were worried all the time about the time they were in our place they were mot happy that we packed most of the stuff. They started chatting, eating sandwiches total of 30 minutes. They charged me 90 minutes extra for driving to our area ( treated like hourly rate) even though it was not part of the deal! Now some boxes i did not have time to put tape on top to close them, i told them to do that, guess what when we got to new place they did not tape most of them and lot of stuff got out of boxes! They also placed fragile boxes and heavy ones on top of non fragile ones, so many boxes came broken and collapsed. I have on closed with broken leg even though we had lot of left overs of pads. Did not wrap the couch even though i had pads left! ( only half of it they did) Never answered my call day after moving to talk to their boss. Will never hire again

Moving has to be one of the most stressful experiences ever, so anything that enhances it is a gift. I had to move out of my 3 bedroom house earlier than anticipated and Brad and Terry not only moved my stuff to storage quickly and efficiently but were friendly and upbeat while doing it. Even some of my neighbors commented on how smoothly the move seemed to go. I just want to express my satisfaction with Coast Movers from the initial phone contact all the way through to the last box being placed in the storage unit, with a particular shout out to my great movers. Thanks guys!
