I’ve been here a few times went to see the Mario movie, Barbie and Spider-Man no way home each time it’s been pretty good the vibes of the building are nice very homie feeling sometimes their out of specific sodas but that’s a fair thing for a independent theater. The staff are always nice in some way wether it’s making small talk or just being helpful
just saw someone here complaining the staff allowed them to put leftovers in a fridge which is way more generous then what a normal theater would do
This adds to my staff being helpful comment not to mention they have a real person reading these and trying to be helpful
(Keep it up whoever you are )

Lovely little local theater. It's so nice to have a small theater on Bainbridge.

Kick back and watch movies on the big screen with snacks and pop corn. My son and I love this local theater. Give us the opportunity to put the cell phones away and bond together over a movie.

A one star review is generous. Last night was my family's first time at Bainbridge Cinemas and it was our last. We had just finished dinner at SuBi but the food police (concessions staff) aggressively demanded my son put his leftovers in their fridge. The two adult workers mocked my husband and I for questioning this request applying to leftovers he had no intention of eating during the movie. They were passive aggressive, rude and immature, and we sat down thinking more about our treatment than enjoying the movie. I've read reviews of this theater with the owners who say they pride themselves on customer service. Kick the concessions staff and person taking tickets who worked the 6:15 showing on Dec 26 to the curb. They don't deserve the job.I suspected the owner didn’t care to admit that they want to sell their concessions to improve the bottom line and that allowing any food in their theater opens the door for candy, etc. But their response about guests not wanting to smell sushi, Mexican, Indian, etc. is racist. Just Google racism in relation to food.

As background, I like supporting independent, smaller cinemas. Thus, when I saw they have a matinee showing of the Taylor Swift movie/concert, I decided to go here to support them/local.At matinee times, it's $19.89 per adult and $13.13 per child. Pricey.Unfortunately, within the first 10 minutes of the TS movie/concert, my kids found it too loud - thus, we went next door to the Paw Patrol movie that just started. We were watching for 10 minutes when three workers of the theater walked in, saw us, and without saying a word, decided to turn off the Paw Patrol movie while we were still there. I was flabbergasted. In addition to this, when we arrived 30 minutes earlier for the TS show (we were expecting it might be popular), no one was by the front desk; we waited for 10 minutes. Thus, we walked around their hallway, looking for a clerk to help us. When I did see a clerk, I immediately and curtly got told off by the clerk --in front of my young children.Their customer service is non-existent, which is a shame, given the facilities are old. Concession stand is limited, with the hotdogs spicy - without any pre-warning. My child spat it out after one bite.Wasted my money ($60+ spent) and our time (an hour) with this cinema. Wouldn't recommend. Head to Silverdale instead.

Very pricy tickets for evening best to go in morning, bad customer service! Won’t let u bring in groceries with u and I don’t trust local theaters to touch my personal items but manager was nice enough to let us in just that one time when it was our FIRST TIME THERE!!!! Also concessionist kept bugging us when we were just looking! Not going back there unless they get more positive employees or a remodel!!! Bad service for my first time there since I’m not from Bainbridge!!

BC is a good theater. I wish they would replace or clean the carpets.

Staff is super-nice and helpful. They were so kind to my granddaughter who had an embarrassing moment. Thank you, ladies!

Bainbridge Cinemas is the best place to see a movie. It's not crowded, the popcorn is perfection and the staff is so kind

Staff is friendly and welcoming. But the theatres are dirty, bathrooms are filthy --all that would be required is sponging with a little bleach on the doors and floors--and seats uncomfortable.

I bought some items in March 6th from the young lady at the checkout and a drink with a large popcorn. When I asked her for a bag or something to carry it back to the theater, she said dry sarcastically (why would you need a bag to carry it??) I will not be back to this theatre with my husband no time soon! The sad part is that we would come at least once a week.

We went see a early showing of DOG on Friday 3/4/22. Employees were nice and the theater was clean. HOWEVER the employees left the doors open (and blocked) for our theater and the adjacent theater. The movie next door was quite loud. And that sound wrecked our viewing of the movie we were there to see. I don't look forward to going back. Streaming is so much easier and much more pleasant.

Saw an opera, my partner's first. Wonderful! Glad to be able to return after COVID. Dune is next on our viewing schedule.

Visited to watch Cruella in Jun 2021, my first movie theater experience since COVID restrictions in March 2020. Clean theater, reasonable prices, and larger auditorium than I expected.

I LOVE older and local theaters. The service was very friendly. The audio and video quality was very good! The carpets in the auditorium look like they haven't been cleaned since opening, but that almost adds to the charm so I'm not dinging them for that. Great way to spend a couple hours on the island!
