Incredibly helpful staff. They let my kids entertained while I found a bolt to fix my stroller. It was an easy fix and they guided me in the right direction. So incredibly kind !

They don't take coupons or run tabs or really participate in the national Ace club thing.
They do take Ace website orders-to-store.
They give fantastic in-store support: So friendly and patient, and helpful on a very personal level. It's a great hardware store for the island.

Helpful and friendly staff. Have must of the things you’ll need without having to go off island. Randy helped me in picking out the right type of PVC pipe and fittings for my project.

They might be next door, but they are not our neighbors. Spent a boatload here on paint and other supplies, left one of our cars in the lot to make room for the work. Came back a few hours later to a note threatening to tow us. From a mostly empty lot.
Sure thing. I'll drive to Lowe's from now on.

The cashier upfront by the main door is so friendly, thoughtful always a smile, avoid a few of the guys that work there, unfriendly, rude and zero in customer service

Seems like I spend way too much time there. Pretty much meets a lot of needs. Great staff who can help you find what you need and often provide advice on do-it-yourself projects.

Today I went in for a few items and as I was checking out. I noticed that a lady was getting a key made and the attendants at the counter was asking her very personal questions. I can tell she was very uncomfortable because they made comments about her hair and what does she do for a living. The lady was very kind but she was very uncomfortable with the entire experience. It even made me uncomfortable and they started talking about her when she left the store. I will not be back to this place anytime soon. So disappointing.

This is a great hardware store.They allow dogs.There is a home goods attached so a great place for everyone.Friendly staff. Helpful people. A great hardware store.

Great store, it's got a lot of square feet of floor area covered with an amazing comprehensive selection of everything you could hope to find in a hardware store.
