One to buy 2014 glk 250 bluetech diesel.They ask high retail 12960$ .Everithing is ok look nice > Sales person don't metioned this ca have rear eend collision 2017.Ca mid retail is 11200$ JD/and NADA collision take away 30% of that so when saleperson don't tell the true history of tthe car trust is out of the window.Check Carfax before you buy saave time!!

I've been looking for a new vehicle for a few months and over the course of searching, you encounter all types of sales people. When I went to Worldwide Auto Group, I had the chance to work with Phil who helped me on the initial visit and Nick who helped me finalize the deal. Worldwide Auto Group has been great with their customer service. Great customer interaction and no pressure to buy. They have been consistent from the start during my test drive until completion of purchase. They even made effort after the sale and they have been very thoughtful of the needs of clients. I really had a wonderful experience and will buy from them again in the future.

I found the car I was interested in on Cargurus and went to these guys to checkout the car out. Test drove the car, checked out the interior & exterior and everything checked out. Car was in good shape. However, when it came to negotiating the price (keep in mind the car was overpriced) the salesman would not budge. Now not only was the car overpriced but they guaranteed the there was not any issues with car at all. So me using my better judgment especially since they're a mom and pops operation I took the car into my personal mechanic and OOOOOOH MY GOD that car had 2 major issues in which one would have needed to be fixed right away. The most serious or more expensive problem would have costed between $2,000~$3000 and the less serious (still expensive) problem would have costed over $1,000. So long story short in their eyes pay for a over priced car that they weren't willing to negotiate, have the headache of investing up to $4,000 in repairs. Yeah, right. They did text me back once I took the car back to them after having it inspected but they still wasn't willing to negotiate a cheaper price. All they said was they would fix both issues. I decided not because their overpriced car was still overpriced and I wasn't going to trust their mechanic to fix the problems when they told me from the beginning that the car was thoroughly checked out by their own mechanic. Yeah right, their mechanic rig up something then sell me that overpriced car with problems. It wasn't going to happen. Just always remember when purchasing a used car, don't just purchase a car because it looks good inside and out. Go have your private mechanic thoroughly check it out for your security and not trust or take their word and last but not least don't settle for whatever price they offer you. Make sure you do your homework and check the true market value of that particular car you're interested and don't let them swindle you wirh their smooth car salesman tactics or conversation into wasting your "HARD EARNED MONEY" on overpriced junk. Just be patient and take your time and find the right car that you really want and like i did that's not overpriced and doesn't have major mechanical issues. It's well the extra the time and effort. You will be so happy with yourself. Long story short, do your homework, have the car checked out by your personal mechanic and last but not least don't settle for their overprice that they're not willing to negotiate on junk. Remember, don't say I didn't warn you if you di choose to purchase a car from them. If I could give them a star rating less than a 1 star (like a big old "0") I would but Google's lowest start rating isn't a "0" it's unfortunately a "1" star.

This is no place anyone deserves to spend their money. They will swoon you and tell you everything great about a car while the whole time its a piece of crap. My coworker also bought a car from here and I assumed they would be better years later. No. Absolutely not. I called to try to communicate issues and was treated like shit. I hope this place is shut down asap! After telling them issues they made it seem as if they would help and then switched everything up the next day.
