This branch is just an ATM and one person who is not a teller. I've tried to go in for help with multiple things and am always turned away unless I can do it on the ATM. Not having a local WF branch where you can actually complete banking tasks with a person is a huge downgrade for our community.

Only reason I’m writing this is because of the low reviews but I spoke with Rodrigo and he was very friendly easy and fast to work with. I asked lots of questions when applying for a credit card and opening a savings account but he didn’t seem frustrated by it which was nice. He gave me his card and encouraged me to make sure i understand everything. He was a good person and I look forward to coming back. Thank you Rodrigo.

Went inside branch to withdraw money from my account (you have to do this at an ATM inside the branch). Requested an amount below my daily allowance. Again, I requested an amount UNDER what my daily allowable withdraw amount is set at. ATM would not release my funds until a banker looked at my ID (state enhanced drivers license) and verified my identity. A solid five minutes. At her leisure. They should close this branch.

A staffed ATM is not an adequate replacement for a full service branch. Banking with Wells Fargo is now very inconvenient for Lake Tapps residents. The closest branch is 20 minutes away on a good day.

Called and made an appointment to do a wire transfer. Drove 30 minutes as this location is the closest staffed Wells Fargo available. Great and friendly staff!

Went to get assistance closing an account. All they did was tell me I had to call a corporate number. Not even sure why there is a branch it might as well just be an ATM. The staff were cold and unhelpful. The interior is claustrophobic and sterile. It’s a bizarre place…

Doesn’t say this is a debit card spot only. There are no tellers but two bankers who can’t help you other than to show you how to use the atm. I drove all the way there and couldn’t do any banking as I didn’t have my atm card. Totally a deal breaker for me and WF. I expect tellers and will be moving on
