One of the RUDEST bank locations I have ever stepped foot in. My son is starting a new job today and just needed a direct deposit form with his account number and routing number and the banker (who had no customer yet) refused to print one as she has an upcoming appt and further let us know that no one else would have time either (without asking them)... This is a less than 2 minute task. Needless to say, I'll be switching all of our family bank accounts to another establishment.. respect, kindness and courtesy is what we will appreciate and this establishment is not it!!!

Went into this branch 30 minutes before closing, I waited in line for 15 minutes. I was hoping to get a notary done. I saw the notary that has notarized documents before sitting with someone. When I got to the teller. I asked if it was possible to get me squeezed in for a notary seeing that the notary had already finished with his customers. I expressed to the teller how it was my only day off and it was a time sensitive document that I just had received and went straight to get notarized, I let her know I was willing to wait if I could be seen. I am a customer with Wells Fargo and have been for 12+ years. I have never asked for more than the min. from WF. But now that I’m needing this, they can’t help me. I wouldn’t of mind if I would of actually seen the notary there and being done with his customer but the fact that she turned me away with no sense of empathy looking at me like that’s my problem and basically saying that. And telling me to try UPS or FEDEX, also telling me “well either way we close in 15 minutes”. She also told me they did NOT have their notary in. & I asked if their notary was just not in or not available and she almost spilled it out and said “he is not in”. I thought I could be seen for one simple document to be notarized . I would of been out in 5 minutes. And on top of all of that there was a guy overlooking her (seems to me like he was training) and what is he going to capture from that interaction? That he can just turn customers away, that they will not ask questions, that they will not go above customers expectations and they will not show empathy. I’m now having to look into companies that will charge me “a small fee, as the teller said”

The one time per year that I visit this location, it was 'temporarily' closed on a Saturday. The Internet said it was open but of course.........A trash branch in a trash city, my expectations were too high I guess.

Do NOT waste your money here! We opened a small savings account to buy pesos for our yearly Cancun trip. We did not use this account to buy pesos since our 2020 trip was cancelled due to Covid. Last September we received a statement from Wells Fargo stating our $461 was turned over to the state. I spent hours on the phone just to be given a series of disconnected 800 numbers. We finally found the website to look for Wa state unclaimed property and 4 months later, our money is not posted. Wells Fargo is shady and we are furious they “lost” our $461.

One the financial banks in America is Wells Fargo. There customer service is one off the worse I have ever dealt with. There service sucks and anyone that banks with should leave as soon as possible!!!!

Very bad service and super crazy wait times which makes this place with long waits and very bad process in helping existing customers because it looks to me as all they care about is new business. I hope they read this and share it with the ceo. I hope that they put a better process for all customers.

I had to meet a gentleman who drove in from Issaquah while I came from Olympia to get something notarized. It was at 2:00 p.m. when one of the staff had me take a seat by 2:10 p.m. the staff member said that the only notary was the manager who was almost done with people at her desk. Instead of giving us 5 minutes to notarize a rental agreement She said she couldn't help us for she had to leave. Having several accounts with Wells Fargo, I find this to be very Disappointing news. So I went over to KeyBank 2 blocks away, where I happen to have a business account. KeyBank was more than happy to give me said 5 minutes of time to notarize. KeyBank now has 4 stars out of 5 whereas I give Wells Fargo now one star down from 3.5 stars . So dissatisfied so disappointed in this branch manager who turned me down so disappointing

There is 8 stations at this branch.Only 2 tellers working45 min in line to make deposit.I can understand if this was one time.The only reason why I’m leaving this reviewIs because this is a constant problem.If you are not going to fix your ATM.At least raise the limit on daily mobile deposits.It’s 2021 hat a waste of my time.
