Came here at 11:45a.m. today to open a new account, but a guy told me they can’t help me because they are closing in 15 mins. I guess they don’t want people’s business here (at Bank of America, they are more than happy to help you as long as you get in before the closing time).
Update: I got an email from them today (02/27/2025), it seemed like they wrote a lot, and at the same time, it seemed like they wrote nothing🤦.

This is by far the worst bank branch there is. The tellers seem to try to find any reason not to cash a check that's perfectly good it's ridiculous especially when I've been going there for so long and every single time it seems like I there's an issue that doesn't even make sense I'm never going to this place again cuz I went to a the Puyallup location and had not one single issue not at one that showed you how ridiculous the Auburn branch is
