I went here to look at some used trucks and would like to advise against going here. I wanted to look at a ram and the sales agent proceeds to tell me the truck has been sitting there for 2-3 months. I step in it with my family and we turn on the truck with the ac on. As I go to put my seat belt on, I notice mold all over it which I touched! The sales agent tried to downplay the severity of the situation but immediately I started to get mold exposure symptoms such as a runny nose and mucus build up. I actually had to miss work and go to urgent care for a check up as I wasn't feeling good the next day. The fact that there's mold build up in a car exposing customers to it shows the lack of professionalism this dealership displays. I feel bad for the person who ends up buying this truck as they'll have no idea there was mold which will still be lingering in the vehicle.

Customer service and management is not helpful when trying to purchase a vehicle, they tried to scam me in a contest and then make me return a car and raise the price after. NEVER DO Business with this place ever.. go somewhere else. This is business is a scam place

Will Pierce and Shelly were great to work with. No high pressure tactics. Were very flexible with my financing terms and helped me work through some difficulties moving money around. Totally got good vibes from everyone I interacted with and would go back next time I'm interested in a Ford.

I was so pleased with our service and assistance by Will Pierce. We needed to sell a car and he was helpful, listened well, got us a very fair price and we love the profit sharing option. Thank you Will! I'd buy a car from you any day- you are very trustworthy.

Worst experience with this dealership. Came in to Buy a commercial truck for work and all they did was waste my time. Dino and Bill should not be running the commercial department since they seem to have better things to do then sell work trucks to local businesses owners. Stay away if you don't have time to waste.

Do not trust the commercials about buying your car for top dollar and splitting the profit 50/50 when it finallly sells. They offered us 14K and then lowered the offer to under 12k after stating some things that needed to be fixed. They listed if for 16.5k. I figured we would get another 2k but they also deducted the same things they deducted from the sell price as they did from the offer price in addition to a brake job. We ended up with a measly $130.00 check for the 50/50 split "profit". It kills me to have to listen to their radio ads. I know better. Do yourself a favor and just invest in a good car detail and list your car or truck yourself.

Brought out 2013 Ford Explorer (74,055 miles) for them to look at our sunroof that leaked and would not open, back up camera didn't work, and the doors would lock with the car was running with the keys inside. Went it the sales office (this was Sunday, I called to see if it was OK to drop it off, as the appointment was for Monday morning, they said, no problem). The gentleman behind the counter gave me directions to where to park and drop the keys in the slot in the garage door. After two days of not hearing from them, I called and asked what they came up with. The guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and didn't know anything about our SUV. It had just been sitting in their lot and no had any idea it was there, or why it was there. They had it for 14 days (give or take a couple), left several messages with Kristin, never heard back from her. I'm sure she did call a couple times to be fair, my work schedule was a bit crazy during the time they had it. They provided me a bill for $628.82 for looking at the items we brought in for, and an oil change for $75.00 was also in the above total. They gave us an estimate for $5748.90 to fix the items, fair enough. We said we would think about it, and I went to pick it up in the back lot.It wouldn't start, battery was dead. Found sales manager Rob to help me get a jump (super nice guy). When I opened the passenger door, there was a gallon or so of rainwater (sunroof leaked) in the floorboard. Rob said sometimes the sunroof drainage systems get clogged with stuff and he pointed to where that location was and said they should have checked there and cleaned it out. We went through the bill and estimate, he politely said they would look at the bill and see what he could do. This was a Thursday, he said I would hear from him the next day, never called me. On Monday, I called them and left a message with the service folks for Rob to give me a call back, didn't hear back. Called again and asked to be transferred to his office, got voicemail, left a message, never heard back. Tried again, his voicemail was full and couldn't receive any messages. As of today, have still not heard from Rob.I grew up in Auburn, and was raised to do business the "old school way." I thought Way Scarff Ford practiced that philosophy as well. I didn't expect a handout, or for them to lower my bill (I'd already paid them), but I did expect call back. Would not recommend Way Scarff Ford, lots of other dealers that will treat you better the Way.

Made a phone call to inquire about a Jeep on the used lot. When I said I didn't want to give out my phone number or email, Cody, hung up on me. What a great to send customers to other dealers! If this is how you handle a customer on the phone, I can only image the service I would receive in person!

you heard there radio ads on komo radio and other stations, saying they will buy your car, paying you top dollar. and when they sell the car, they will split the profit 50/50.lets say they sell the car for 8,000. more than what they pay you..........and you think you will get half. no way.by the time way scarff ford deducts there overheads and commissions what they will share 50/50 with you will be around $1000.00 and you would get $500.00.so the ad on thr radio sounds good but there is no deal here for you.total fantasy. don't even waste your time. not worth it.

Scarff has made large improvements over the last two years. I had several EXTREMELY unsatisfactory interactions with the Parts Dept several years ago.To give appropriate credit we’re due, over the last year I have had exemplary service from multiple parts staff. Much better attitude and competence.

Thursday, October 28, Initially made contact with Chris Terry. After speaking with him, I sent him the information on both of my vehicles so he could get back to me with some rough estimates on what they would potentially pay to purchase my vehicles. So 2 days pass by and Chris hadn't contacted me back. So I called the dealership and got in touch with his boss (used car buyer manager). Let him know that nobody has contacted me and that I was looking to work with someone else if possible. Finally Chris contacted me Saturday afternoon after his boss told him to. He then told me Tari would call me to schedule an appointment. 2 days go by and I don't hear from Tari, Chris, or anyone, so I reached out to the dealership again.November 1st, Made contact with a guy named Phil. I was able to bring my vehicles down a few hours later after talking to him finally. So I sold two of my vehicles to this car dealership. Phil did the transactions. One of them I owed money on, the other vehicle I owned free and clear. My main issues are their lack of communication, and that I feel like they took advantage/ got over on me.The way it's supposed to work is they payoff the 1st vehicle with whatever amount we agree they'll pay for the car. If money is still owed on the car, than I would owe the bank the difference. But these guys decided to take the amount we agreed to for the 2nd car I sold them, and added that to the remaining balance that was short on the vehicle with the loan. Thing is, these were two separate transactions, meaning the money from the 2nd vehicle I sold them should have been given to me on that same day from the dealership. But these guys haven't cut me a check for anything. They say they're waiting for the title from the bank before they cut me a check for what's left over. I Called and spoke to Phil about it on November 15 and this guy said he would call me back after speaking to the office manager, and guess what, this guy never called me back. Now it's been almost 40 days and still nothing from this place. Nothing in the mail, no returned calls, nothing. They have both of my vehicles, and I have a grand total of zero dollars from selling this dealership two vehicles, for cash I might add. The communication with this place is beyond horrible. Along with poor business practices. I give this place the lowest rating possible. Highly advise anyone in the market for car buying or selling to avoid this place at all costs. Will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
