“Linda is so nice. Honestly when I go into places like jewelers or higher-end stores, I usually have a hard time getting any help at all due to my tattoos & less-than-casual clothing. I went in to see if they could tighten the posts on my ring that I purchased elsewhere. Linda was overly helpful, gave me lots of tips and advice on ring care and about what stone mine could be (I'm not sure what it is), and even cleaned it for free for me! I really appreciate encountering non-judgemental people in retail because unfortunately they can be rare.”

“We bought my wedding set from Pistol Annie's in 2019, it was time to havethem cleaned, inspected, and repaired. When we dropped them with Melissa a few weeks ago, we knew they'd come back looking brand new, but they were even better than expected. Since she'll only use a master level jeweler, there's never question of quality. This repair returned our jewelry even better than new. The jeweler not only fixed the prongs on my diamond, but refashioned them completely so that I'll never lose my stone. It's even prettier than before, I wish I could post a picture here.
