“This is probably my favorite bank to go to. Because of the great customer service. Ashley Woodie the Branch Assistant Manager there runs everything so smooth. I feel the family atmosphere here unlike other banks that i feel like they care more about taking my money than me. It feels great knowing i can always rely on Alaska. I always recommend my buddies to this Alaska branch and they always tell me how glad they are for signing up with them. 10/10 would definitely recommend giving them a try.”
“I opened a check account at Timberland today. The service was excellent. Yesterday, I arrived at another bank at 4:15 pm & was told that I would have to make an appointment online. I arrived at Timberland at 4:30 & was still accommodated even though they closed at 5:00pm.”

But most recently Verity'sreassurance for my account was given by the Auburn branch employees.I was hesitant to ask for help. However Mo(the very kind and capable gentleman at the first desk on the right), manged the entire matter with grace and ease!
