I went to get some household items with my 3-year-old baby, I had a chocolate and I prepared to pay. At the time of paying, the cashier offered the chocolate to my child in her hand and told him if you want it, say PLEASE, my son has mental problems. He speaks and he doesn't know how to say that word except in English, he insisted so much that my son started crying uncontrollably and in the end he didn't give it to him, he put it in the bag and he started saying mean things about my son for not knowing how to say PLEASE.

Had a prescription called in from a doctor, Sunday. When I called to check when it would be ready, the automated message said after 7:30. I get there to find out the pharmacy isn't even open on Sunday. When I arrived Monday around 11, it still wasn't ready. Talk about customer service.

I’ve come here 4 times over the last two weeks to drop off a Fuji film camera. Every time I’ve come in, the employees on duty say they don’t know how to process the request to get my photos printed (despite me having done this 3 times at this location previously) and to come in the next day for their manager who is supposed to be in and fulfill my request. Every day I come looking for him, he’s not here. Perhaps train your employees to be able to do all of the job duties + don’t lie to customers and say someone will be on shift to help them that either A.) isn’t coming into work 2.) is imaginary and no one here is trained to do this

Almost every time I visit this store the shelves are half or completely empty. There are entire sections of the store that are just barren shelves. There's only ever one cashier until the line becomes so overwhelming that a manager steps in to help. I understand that maintaining full staffing is difficult, but having a store with no stock and no workers makes customers not want to frequent a location. Things have declined rapidly in the last 6 months, it almost feels like the store is going out of business with how few products they have available.

Such bad experience so many so many shop lifters!!! The side corner is dangerous. People drive way too fast in that blind spot! Sketchy parking lot at night, no security at all

If your insurance allows you to go anywhere else for pharmacy services, RUN don't walk to another pharmacy. They repeatedly don't have the drug in stock my doctor prescribes, even though the doctors request has been in their system for days. The drug doesn't still doesn't get ordered. OR they can do a PARTIAL refill, necessitating me to come back a 2nd time to pick up the remainder of my prescription AND this creates TWO copays that have to be paid instead of one. Today I got a notification my prescription is ready. So I make a special trip there and their system is down, "So they have no way to tell if I have a prescription ready." I have the notifications on my phone that it's ready and the copay amount due. "Nope, we can't have any prescription pick ups until the system is up. You can call us later to see if the system is up." You'd better have a LONG time to wait if you're giving this place a call. After a long wait on the phone, they answer the phone, only to put you me back on hold again. It's a CLUSTER of a very poorly managed pharmacy.

I come to this Walgreens all the time, but only out of necessity and its short distance from work. If there was another one closer than north Auburn I’d go there. Nearly every employee is rude, but especially the black lady with braids that works mornings. I’ve seen several instances of her bad attitude but today crossed the line. I came up to the register and waited while she took her sweet time getting to the counter, only to completely disregard me and have a full on conversation with the person in line behind me before scanning my one item. Wouldn’t even look at me, took her nearly 3 minutes to get the monitor turned on and scan my item. The entire transaction she was talking to the person behind me and I had to ask twice for a receipt. I get it, I sometimes hate my job too, and if I worked at Walgreens I’d hate it even more, and I also like to talk with my regular customers, but maybe the manager at this Walgreens should make sure their employees are at least acknowledging a customer when they come up to the register and not just chatting with their friends and ignoring the rest of us. That kind of disrespect towards customers doesn’t fly at the business I manage.

I really like the pharmacy at this Walgreens! I started coming here after too many horrible experiences at the Walgreens in Lakeland Hills. The staff here is nice, helpful and really provided good customer service. They are quicker on refills also! I started coming to this store about 4 months ago and have been surprised about the consistently good service at the pharmacy. The rest of the store seems to struggle with stock, staffing, etc., but I don't really shop and the pharmacy has been great!

They canceled my appointment for the updated covid vaccine the day of my appt, because they didn't get the shipment supposedly. Even though I called two days prior and verbally confirmed with the staff that they already had enough vaccine for my appointment, after a different Walgreens canceled on my friend the day of her visit. Shame on you, Walgreens, for overpromising and underdelivering. I'll never trust you for another vaccine.

This store is racist!!! They assumed everyone with corlor is stilling. I had bad experience with the trashy cashier in here. She need to own a mirror. I will never come back to this store, I rather spend my money some where who will appreciate it.
